Hal ini karena suhu logam cair di kotak depan mudah diukur. Di sisi lain, suhu logam cair yang mengalir ke rongga cair di zona pengecoran kotak depan memiliki selisih yang kecil selama proses pengecoran normal. Oleh karena itu, suhu pengecoran-penggulungan umumnya dipengaruhi oleh pengendalian suhu peleburan. Untuk menentukan suhu pengecoran-penggulungan, logam cair harus dialirkan dari tungku statis melalui saluran pengaliran ke kotak depan, dan kemudian ke zona pengecoran-penggulungan melalui <a href=\"https:\/\/www.aluminiumceramicfiber.com\/id\/launder-system\/\">sistem pelari<\/a> dan <a href=\"https:\/\/www.aluminiumceramicfiber.com\/id\/feed-nozzle\/\">nozel pengumpan<\/a>, dan kehilangan panas dalam seluruh proses tersebut harus diperhitungkan.<\/p>\n<p>Jika suhu penuangan terlalu rendah, logam cair bahkan dapat mengeras di dalam sistem penuangan.
