{"id":5492,"date":"2021-03-18T08:13:13","date_gmt":"2021-03-18T08:13:13","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.aluminiumceramicfiber.com\/?p=5492"},"modified":"2021-03-18T08:13:13","modified_gmt":"2021-03-18T08:13:13","slug":"aluminum-flux","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.aluminiumceramicfiber.com\/id\/aluminum-flux\/","title":{"rendered":"Flux Aluminium"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Flux aluminium terutama digunakan untuk menghilangkan hidrogen dan terak teroksidasi yang mengapung di dalam cairan aluminium, sehingga cairan aluminium menjadi lebih murni, dan juga berfungsi sebagai bahan pembersih terak.<\/p>\n<p>Dalam cairan aluminium dan paduan aluminium, zat yang dapat menghilangkan gas serta inklusi non-logam padat dari cairan tersebut melalui interaksi fisik, kimia, atau fisik-kimia disebut Fluks Aluminium. Berdasarkan wujudnya, agen pemurnian paduan aluminium yang umum digunakan meliputi agen pemurnian gas, agen pemurnian cair, dan agen pemurnian padat.<\/p>\n<p>Ada dua jenis agen pemurnian gas: gas inert dan gas aktif. Gas inert merujuk pada gas-gas, seperti nitrogen, argon, dan sebagainya, yang tidak bereaksi secara kimia dengan lelehan aluminium dalam rentang suhu peleburan normal dan memiliki kadar I yang sangat rendah dalam lelehan tersebut. Gas aktif merujuk pada gas-gas yang dapat bereaksi secara kimiawi dengan logam cair dalam rentang suhu peleburan normal, tetapi tidak menyebabkan polusi pada logam cair aluminium, seperti klorin dan freon. Dalam pemurnian gas yang sebenarnya, selain gas-gas yang disebutkan di atas, terdapat juga campuran gas-gas tersebut, seperti klorin-nitrogen, argon-klorin, argon-freon, dan sebagainya.
