Proses pembuatan filter pengecoran aluminium menggunakan busa poliuretan sebagai media pembawa, yang kemudian direndam dalam larutan suspensi yang terdiri dari bubuk keramik, pengikat, agen sintering, dan cat untuk menghilangkan kelebihan cat. Bahan ini tidak bereaksi dengan aluminium cair, tidak mengalami dehidrasi selama proses pemanggangan, memiliki laju penyusutan yang sangat kecil, serta memiliki sifat fisik dan kimia yang relatif stabil.<\/p>\n<p>Larutan yang digunakan terutama terdiri dari koloid berbagai komponen yang tersuspensi dalam air. Saat membuat embrio, larutan tersebut dapat menempel dengan kuat pada saringan plastik berbusa. Saat melakukan grouting, konsistensi slurry tidak boleh terlalu kental maupun terlalu encer. Jika terlalu kental, lumpur tidak akan mudah mengisi busa pada saringan. Jika terlalu encer, slurry mudah mengendap di jaring plastik dan membentuk lapisan yang tidak merata.<\/p>\n<p>Oleh karena itu, pengendalian kelembapan yang tepat merupakan kunci dalam proses pembuatan pulp. Selain itu, tingkat kekentalan bubur harus sedang. Hasil uji menunjukkan bahwa penambahan pengikat suhu rendah yang berlebihan akan menyebabkan penggumpalan berlebihan pada bubur. Penekanan yang berlebihan pada bubur akan menyulitkan pemulihan jaring busa. Penambahan perekat yang terlalu sedikit akan mengakibatkan kinerja ikatan bubur yang terlalu rendah, dan bubur tidak akan menempel erat pada jaring plastik berbusa. Setelah dibongkar, tidak ada daya tahan dan mudah dibongkar.
