{"id":5757,"date":"2021-04-23T07:15:02","date_gmt":"2021-04-23T07:15:02","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.aluminiumceramicfiber.com\/?p=5757"},"modified":"2021-05-27T01:53:57","modified_gmt":"2021-05-27T01:53:57","slug":"alloy-melt-degassing","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.aluminiumceramicfiber.com\/id\/alloy-melt-degassing\/","title":{"rendered":"Penghilangan Gas dari Cairan Paduan"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Setelah penambahan unsur paduan ke dalam aluminium cair, cairan paduan tersebut perlu melalui proses penghilangan gas dan penyaringan. Unsur-unsur paduan ditambahkan ke dalam aluminium cair; unsur-unsur ini bersifat sangat reaktif dan cenderung meningkatkan laju oksidasi cairan paduan. Penambahan unsur-unsur yang sangat reaktif ini dilakukan setelah semua penambahan paduan utama lainnya selesai, setelah peleburan paduan melalui proses penghilangan gas untuk menghilangkan hidrogen dan endapan yang tidak diinginkan dengan menggunakan fluks pemurnian atau penghilangan gas secara online, kemudian menuangkan aluminium ke dalam ingot. Setelah setiap unsur logam reaktif yang akan ditambahkan diubah menjadi keadaan cair, unsur tersebut dicampur dengan logam paduan cair yang telah melalui proses penghilangan gas dan penyaringan dalam wadah pencampur yang terletak di hulu stasiun pengecoran. Karena waktu penyimpanan campuran paduan sebelum pengecoran sangat singkat, tingkat oksidasi logam paduan cair dapat diminimalkan.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-5758\" src=\"https:\/\/aluminiumceramicfiber.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/Alloy-Melt-Degassing.jpg\" alt=\"Penghilangan Gas dari Cairan Paduan\" width=\"500\" height=\"400\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.aluminiumceramicfiber.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/Alloy-Melt-Degassing.jpg 500w, https:\/\/www.aluminiumceramicfiber.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/Alloy-Melt-Degassing-300x240.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 500px) 100vw, 500px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Metode yang ada untuk melebur paduan aluminium dalam praktik pembuatan ingot biasanya menambahkan unsur-unsur paduan ke dalam logam cair aluminium di dalam tungku peleburan berukuran besar. Akibat reaksi antara logam cair di dalam tungku terbuka dan uap air di udara, hidrogen diserap oleh logam cair tersebut. Untuk meminimalkan reaksi oksidasi, fluks garam cair telah digunakan di atas logam cair tersebut. Meskipun demikian, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.aluminiumceramicfiber.com\/id\/adtech-refining-flux\/\">fluks pemurnian<\/a>\u00a0Jika hal ini terjadi, akan ditemukan konsentrasi hidrogen yang tinggi dalam cairan logam, dan kecuali dihilangkan, porositas ingot akan mencapai tingkat yang tidak dapat diterima. Proses \u201cdegassing\u201d ini dilakukan dengan mengalirkan gas\u2014yang biasanya mengandung klorin\u2014melalui cairan logam. Degassing akhir dapat dilakukan di dalam tungku penahan.<\/p>\n<p>Apabila litium digunakan sebagai unsur paduan, litium hanya dapat ditambahkan setelah seluruh proses penghilangan gas selesai dilakukan. Litium ditambahkan ke dalam tungku peleburan atau tungku penampung yang lebih kecil dalam bentuk padat atau cair. Dalam kedua kasus tersebut, litium harus tetap berada di bawah permukaan cairan peleburan hingga larut.<\/p>\n<p>Ada banyak kendala dalam penambahan litium. Pada prinsipnya, telah ditemukan bahwa litium secara signifikan meningkatkan laju oksidasi logam cair. Litium juga mencemari bahan tahan api pada lapisan dalam tungku, sehingga tungku tersebut tidak cocok untuk melebur paduan bebas litium tanpa perlu menggunakan lapisan dalam tungku yang mahal. Bahan tahan api khusus dan bahan yang tahan terhadap korosi oleh litium harus digunakan selama tahap peleburan dan pemindahan logam. Selain itu, setelah penambahan litium, cairan aluminium tidak dapat didegas secara efektif tanpa menyebabkan kehilangan litium dalam jumlah besar. Oleh karena itu, akibat peningkatan laju oksidasi setelah penambahan litium dan waktu retensi yang lebih lama sebelum semua logam akhirnya mengeras dalam ingot, kemungkinan besar akan terjadi kehilangan litium dalam jumlah besar yang mahal, dan konsentrasi litium yang diperlukan tidak dapat dikendalikan.<\/p>\n<p>Masalah lain yang ditemui berkaitan dengan penyerapan hidrogen dalam jumlah besar oleh cairan logam setelah penambahan litium. Setelah litium ditambahkan, pengadukan cairan dilakukan untuk meningkatkan homogenitas komposisi, namun hal ini justru merusak lapisan pelindung fluks dan menyebabkan oksidasi lebih lanjut serta penyerapan hidrogen. Salah satu metode yang diusulkan untuk mengendalikan oksidasi yang tidak diinginkan ini adalah dengan menutupi seluruh sistem (tungku peleburan, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.aluminiumceramicfiber.com\/id\/metal-launder\/\">saluran logam<\/a>, (termasuk tungku penahan dan stasiun ingot) serta menjaga atmosfer inert yang kering pada logam cair. Sayangnya, penerapan metode ini akan memerlukan perancangan ulang dan modifikasi tungku.
