Fluks pemurnian dan penghilang gas AdTech memanfaatkan teknologi unik untuk meningkatkan efek penghilangan gas dan penghilangan terak secara tradisional, dan teknologi ini diterapkan pada proses pengecoran produk paduan aluminium dari berbagai seri, seperti foil aluminium berukuran mikron, papan dasar PS untuk percetakan, bahan kaleng, bahan kemasan elastis, transportasi kereta api, produk kedirgantaraan, kabel &amp; kawat, serta pemurnian aluminium cor lainnya.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-5765\" src=\"https:\/\/aluminiumceramicfiber.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/Degassing-Agent.jpg\" alt=\"Bahan Penghilang Gas\" width=\"500\" height=\"400\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.aluminiumceramicfiber.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/Degassing-Agent.jpg 500w, https:\/\/www.aluminiumceramicfiber.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/Degassing-Agent-300x240.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 500px) 100vw, 500px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Penghilangan gas pada AdTech <a href=\"https:\/\/www.aluminiumceramicfiber.com\/id\/adtech-refining-flux\/\">fluks pemurnian<\/a> partikel halus berbentuk bubuk putih atau butiran. Setelah melalui perlakuan panas dan penyaringan yang tepat, partikel tersebut menjadi berukuran seragam, sehingga memudahkan pemindahannya ke dalam wadah pemurnian dengan menggunakan gas (N\u2082 atau Ar) sebagai media pembawa ke lapisan bawah aluminium cair. Melalui perubahan fisik dan kimia pada aluminium cair, terbentuklah banyak gelembung kecil yang bersentuhan sepenuhnya dengan aluminium cair, sehingga memisahkan hidrogen dan gas berbahaya lainnya.<\/p>\n<p>Hidrogen dikeluarkan dari cairan logam melalui difusi ke dalam gelembung gas yang naik. Hal ini terjadi akibat perbedaan tekanan parsial antara cairan logam dan gas; laju difusi ditentukan oleh perbedaan tekanan parsial antara gas dan cairan logam, serta oleh luas permukaan kontak.<\/p>\n<p>Oksida dan inklusi nonlogam menempel pada permukaan gelembung dan dibuang dari cairan logam melalui partikel-partikel yang mengapung dengan ukuran berkisar antara 1 mikrometer hingga 1 milimeter; partikel-partikel yang tersuspensi dalam cairan logam tersebut dengan mudah menempel pada permukaan gelembung yang naik ke atas dan memperoleh gerakan ke atas yang cukup untuk terdorong ke permukaan bak peleburan. Ukuran dan lintasan gelembung mencerminkan kemungkinan partikel akan bersinggungan dengan gelembung; tegangan permukaan menentukan sejauh mana partikel akan menempel pada gelembung yang ditemuinya.
