Rotor silikon nitrida yang berputar memecah amonia (atau argon) yang dihembuskan ke dalam aluminium cair menjadi sejumlah besar gelembung yang tersebar, lalu menyebarkannya ke dalam logam cair.<\/p>\n<p>Gelembung-gelembung dalam larutan memanfaatkan perbedaan tekanan parsial gas dan prinsip adsorpsi permukaan untuk menyerap hidrogen dalam larutan, mengadsorpsi terak yang telah teroksidasi, serta terangkat dari permukaan larutan saat gelembung-gelembung tersebut naik, sehingga larutan dapat dimurnikan.<\/p>\n<p>Karena gelembung-gelembung tersebut berukuran kecil dan tersebar, gelembung-gelembung tersebut tercampur secara merata dengan aluminium cair, kemudian berputar dan perlahan-lahan naik ke atas dalam bentuk spiral, serta tidak akan membentuk aliran udara lurus ke atas yang berkelanjutan saat bersentuhan dengan larutan. Baik hidrogen maupun nitrogen dapat digunakan sebagai gas inert untuk menghilangkan gas dari aluminium cair.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-5786\" src=\"https:\/\/aluminiumceramicfiber.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/Degassing-Process.jpg\" alt=\"Proses Penghilangan Gas\" width=\"500\" height=\"400\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.aluminiumceramicfiber.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/Degassing-Process.jpg 500w, https:\/\/www.aluminiumceramicfiber.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/Degassing-Process-300x240.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 500px) 100vw, 500px\" \/><\/p>\n<h2>Proses Penghilangan Gas<\/h2>\n<p>Ketika gas inert dimasukkan ke dalam cairan logam, hidrogen yang terdapat dalam cairan logam tersebut berdifusi ke dalam gelembung-gelembung yang naik, dan partikel-partikel terak menempel pada permukaan gelembung-gelembung tersebut, sehingga partikel-partikel terak tersebut terbawa ke permukaan tertinggi. Selain itu, unsur yang akan dihilangkan mungkin bereaksi dengan satu atau lebih komponen reaktif dari gas yang dimasukkan ke dalam cairan logam.<\/p>\n<p>Hidrogen dikeluarkan dari cairan logam melalui proses difusi ke dalam gelembung-gelembung yang naik. Hal ini disebabkan oleh perbedaan tekanan parsial antara cairan logam dan gas, sedangkan laju difusi ditentukan oleh perbedaan tekanan parsial antara gas dan cairan logam serta luas permukaan kontak antara gas dan cairan logam. Waktu kontak antara gas dan cairan logam juga merupakan faktor penting yang perlu dipertimbangkan.<\/p>\n<p>Gas yang mengalir melalui cairan logam harus memiliki kandungan hidrogen atau kelembapan serendah mungkin.
