Unit ini digunakan dalam industri pemurnian aluminium cair dengan presisi tinggi.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-6041\" src=\"https:\/\/aluminiumceramicfiber.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/05\/Online-Degassing-Unit.jpg\" alt=\"Unit Penghilang Gas Secara Online\" width=\"500\" height=\"400\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.aluminiumceramicfiber.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/05\/Online-Degassing-Unit.jpg 500w, https:\/\/www.aluminiumceramicfiber.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/05\/Online-Degassing-Unit-300x240.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 500px) 100vw, 500px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Ketika logam cair mengkristal, baik karena penambahan logam cair yang tidak memadai di antara dendrit matriks maupun karena adanya gas yang belum terbuang (terutama hidrogen), pori-pori mikro yang terbentuk di dalam dendrit setelah proses kristalisasi disebut porositas. Porositas mikro yang terbentuk akibat penambahan logam cair yang tidak memadai disebut porositas penyusutan; sedangkan porositas yang terbentuk akibat gas disebut porositas gas.<\/p>\n<p>Jaringan makroskopis yang longgar ditandai dengan lubang-lubang kecil berwarna hitam, sedangkan jaringan yang retak ditandai dengan tekstur kasar dan tidak padat. Jika kelonggaran tersebut parah, akan terdapat bintik-bintik putih kecil yang terang pada bagian retakan. Struktur mikroskopisnya ditandai dengan lubang-lubang hitam berbentuk sudut. Semakin parah kelonggaran tersebut, semakin banyak jumlah lubang hitam dan semakin besar ukurannya.<\/p>\n<p>Porositas menurunkan kepadatan dan kepadatan padat ingot, terutama ketangguhan benturan dan perpanjangan melintang pada paduan aluminium berkekuatan tinggi. Selain itu, ingot yang tidak padat dapat menyebabkan retakan selama proses penggulungan panas dan penempaan. Oleh karena itu, sebagai cacat struktural yang penting pada ingot, porositas harus dicegah.<\/p>\n<p>Pengendalian yang ketat harus dilakukan terhadap porositas yang terjadi pada ingot, dan apabila melebihi batas yang diizinkan oleh standar, ingot tersebut akan \u201cdinyatakan tidak lulus.\u201d Tingkat porositas pada ingot paduan aluminium umumnya dapat ditentukan dengan mengukur kepadatan sampel dan membandingkannya dengan kepadatan teoretis paduan tersebut. Namun, dalam proses produksi, demi kemudahan, penilaian biasanya didasarkan pada perbandingan gambar standar empat tingkat dan penilaian, serta diputuskan sebagai tidak memenuhi syarat.<\/p>\n<p>Porositas pada ingot pengecoran kontinu paduan aluminium selalu tersebar di daerah kristal ekuaksial dengan zona transisi yang lebih luas dan selalu terisi gas. Dalam kondisi normal, zona porositas terbesar pada ingot slab terjadi dalam jarak 3 mm dari lapisan kulit permukaan yang lebar. Zona porositas terbesar pada ingot bulat terjadi di bagian tengah ingot, dan meluas ke tepi seiring dengan meningkatnya tinggi cetakan. Kondisi aliran pasokan memiliki pengaruh besar terhadap distribusi porositas, dan dapat mengganggu aturan-aturan yang disebutkan di atas serta menyebabkan porositas terbesar di area-area tertentu.<\/p>\n<p>Berdasarkan proses pembentukan porositas dan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhinya, metode-metode untuk mencegah porositas pada ingot adalah:<\/p>\n<p><strong>1. Kurangi kandungan gas dalam lelehan.<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Setelah tungku diperbaiki, tungku tersebut harus dikeringkan secara menyeluruh;<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.aluminiumceramicfiber.com\/id\/refining-agents\/\">Bahan pemurnian<\/a>, alat-alat pengecoran harus dipanaskan terlebih dahulu dan dipanggang secara menyeluruh;<\/li>\n<li>Proses penghilangan gas dalam penyulingan harus dilakukan secara menyeluruh (Efisiensi penghilangan gas rata-rata unit penghilang gas online AdTech adalah 60%).<\/li>\n<li>Hindari agar lelehan tidak berada di dalam tungku terlalu lama.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>2. Kurangi ukuran zona transisi pada ingot.<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Pengalihan aliran yang terkonsentrasi dilarang, dan corong yang sesuai digunakan untuk memastikan aliran yang merata;<\/li>\n<li>Tingkatkan suhu pengecoran secara tepat untuk mencegah terjadinya kristalisasi berurutan pada volume;<\/li>\n<li>Kurangi tinggi efektif kristalisator dan tingkatkan tekanan air secara tepat untuk meningkatkan kemampuan pendinginan ingot;<\/li>\n<li>Kurangi kecepatan pengecoran sesuai kebutuhan.<\/li>\n<\/ul>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Online degassing unit is used for hydrogen (H) and slags removal from molten aluminum.
