Sistem ini bekerja berdasarkan prinsip flotasi gas. Rotor memasukkan gas inert atau campuran klorin dan gas inert ke dalam aluminium cair, lalu memecah gas tersebut menjadi gelembung-gelembung kecil yang tersebar. Gelembung-gelembung tersebut dapat menyerap hidrogen dan inklusi, kemudian naik ke permukaan aluminium cair, dan menghilangkannya.<\/p>\n<p>Apabila kandungan hidrogen dalam cairan logam cukup tinggi dan proses penghilangan gas belum tuntas, gas hidrogen akan terbentuk dalam bentuk gelembung dan tetap tertinggal setelah logam mengeras, sehingga membentuk rongga berbentuk bulat di dalam logam, yaitu pori-pori. Semakin besar kandungan gas awal pada lelehan, semakin banyak gas yang akan mengendap saat suhu diturunkan; semakin besar konsentrasi supersaturasi fase cair pada antarmuka kristalisasi, semakin luas zona supersaturasi untuk pembentukan gelembung; semakin lama waktunya, semakin banyak pembentukan pori yang akan terjadi.<\/p>\n<p>(2) Laju pendinginan. Semakin cepat laju pendinginan ingot, semakin sedikit difusi gas dan semakin terlambat pengendapan terjadi, sehingga tingkat kesaturan berlebih gas yang tidak menghasilkan pori-pori dapat meningkat, yang mengakibatkan area kesaturan berlebih tempat gelembung terbentuk menjadi lebih sempit. Pada saat yang sama, semakin tinggi laju pendinginan, semakin sempit zona transisi, dan dendrit cenderung tidak menutup fase cair, sehingga mengurangi kecenderungan terbentuknya pori-pori.<\/p>\n<p>(3) Komposisi paduan. Pembentukan pori-pori terutama dipengaruhi oleh komposisi paduan, yang memengaruhi kandungan hidrogen awal, koefisien difusi hidrogen dalam paduan, koefisien distribusi, serta ukuran zona kristalisasi.<\/p>\n<p>(4) Kondisi proses pengecoran ingot. Hal ini terutama memengaruhi pembentukan dan distribusi pori-pori melalui perubahan metode kristalisasi dan ukuran zona transisi<\/p>\n<p>(5) Kandungan inklusi non-logam. Semakin rendah kandungan inklusi non-logam, semakin tinggi kandungan hidrogen kritis yang memungkinkan terbentuknya pori-pori.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Langkah-langkah untuk mencegah porositas pada ingot adalah:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lakukan langkah-langkah dari lima aspek: bahan baku dan bahan pembantu, bahan bakar, perkakas, sistem penghilangan gas pada logam, dan <a href=\"https:\/\/www.aluminiumceramicfiber.com\/id\/molten-aluminum-degassing-refining\/\">proses pemurnian<\/a> untuk mengurangi kandungan gas dalam lelehan.<\/li>\n<li>Tingkatkan suhu pengecoran secara tepat, kurangi kecepatan pengecoran, ciptakan kondisi pengeluaran gas yang baik, dan memudahkan gelembung-gelembung untuk naik ke permukaan.<\/li>\n<li>Meningkatkan laju pendinginan ingot berukuran besar untuk mencegah terjadinya pengendapan gas dalam bentuk gelembung.<\/li>\n<\/ul>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Metal degassing system is mainly used for the hydrogen (H) and slags removal from molten aluminum.
