Bahan ini dibuat dengan mengeringkan berbagai jenis garam anorganik dan mencampurkannya dalam perbandingan tertentu. Titik lelehnya harus lebih rendah daripada titik leleh paduan aluminium.<\/p>\n<p>2. Berat jenisnya lebih kecil daripada paduan aluminium.<\/p>\n<p>3. Bahan ini mampu menyerap dan melarutkan inklusi dalam cairan logam serta menghilangkan gas di dalamnya.<\/p>\n<p>4. Tidak terjadi reaksi kimia dengan logam dan lapisan. Jika terjadi interaksi dengan logam, reaksi tersebut seharusnya hanya menghasilkan gas-gas inert yang tidak larut dalam logam, sedangkan <a href=\"https:\/\/www.aluminiumceramicfiber.com\/id\/foundry-flux\/\">fluks pengecoran<\/a> harus tidak larut dalam logam cair.<\/p>\n<p>5. Tingkat penyerapan kelembapan dan tekanan penguapan yang rendah.<\/p>\n<p>6. Bahan tersebut tidak boleh mengandung atau menghasilkan zat-zat pengotor dan gas yang berbahaya.<\/p>\n<p>7. Cairan tersebut harus memiliki viskositas dan kelancaran yang tepat.<\/p>\n<p>Flux pengecoran aluminium mengandung senyawa adsorptif dan fusibel, yang mampu menyerap dan melelehkan oksida serta terak aluminium secara efektif. Bahan-bahan asing tersebut teradsorpsi pada gelembung-gelembung dan dibawa ke permukaan aluminium cair seiring naiknya gelembung-gelembung tersebut. Dengan cara ini, aluminium cair akan dimurnikan melalui proses penghilangan gas dan penghilangan terak.<\/p>\n<p>Dubai Aluminium menggunakan fluks pemurnian khusus, yang disemprotkan ke dasar bak cairan dengan menggunakan gas pembawa (nitrogen atau argon).
