Dengan asumsi komposisi paduan dan peralatan proses pengecoran hot-top telah ditentukan, parameter proses pengecoran sangat penting untuk menghasilkan ingot bulat paduan aluminium berdiameter besar berkualitas tinggi.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-6487\" src=\"https:\/\/aluminiumceramicfiber.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/07\/Aluminum-Hot-Top-Casting-Process.jpg\" alt=\"Proses Pengecoran Aluminium Hot Top\" width=\"500\" height=\"400\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.aluminiumceramicfiber.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/07\/Aluminum-Hot-Top-Casting-Process.jpg 500w, https:\/\/www.aluminiumceramicfiber.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/07\/Aluminum-Hot-Top-Casting-Process-300x240.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 500px) 100vw, 500px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Parameter proses pengecoran aluminium hot top terutama mencakup kecepatan pengecoran, suhu pengecoran, dan kekuatan pendinginan ingot. Produksi ingot bulat paduan aluminium berkualitas tinggi sebenarnya merupakan hasil dari kombinasi optimal ketiga parameter utama tersebut.<\/p>\n<p>(1) Kecepatan pengecoran. Di dalam kristalisator pengecoran hot-top terdapat selongsong riser, yang berfungsi untuk mendinginkan dan melumasi selama proses pendinginan. Karena lebar selongsong riser bersifat tetap, maka tinggi pendinginan ingot pun tetap. Pemilihan kecepatan pengecoran harus didasarkan pada upaya memastikan bahwa ingot bulat paduan aluminium memiliki kemampuan pembentukan yang baik, yaitu untuk memastikan bahwa ingot bulat paduan aluminium tersebut tidak menunjukkan retakan dan memiliki kualitas permukaan yang baik. Dengan mempertimbangkan faktor-faktor di atas, ditambah dengan diameter ingot yang besar, lebih tepat untuk melakukan pengecoran ingot bulat paduan aluminium pada kecepatan pengecoran yang relatif kecil, sehingga kecepatan pengecoran dipilih sebesar 20\u201330 mm\/menit.<\/p>\n<p>(2) Suhu pengecoran. Pemilihan suhu pengecoran didasarkan pada upaya memastikan bahwa logam cair paduan aluminium setelah proses pelepasan cetakan memiliki kelancaran aliran yang baik selama proses pengecoran. Sebab, hanya kelancaran aliran yang baiklah yang dapat memastikan bahwa logam cair paduan aluminium memiliki sifat pengisian yang baik.<\/p>\n<p>Faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi suhu pengecoran antara lain jarak aliran aluminium cair (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.aluminiumceramicfiber.com\/id\/launder-and-trough\/\">mesin cuci dan bak cuci<\/a> panjang), penurunan suhu selama aliran (panjang saluran tuang dan suhu lingkungan), komposisi paduan, spesifikasi ingot, serta aliran logam cair di dalam saluran tuang. Secara umum, suhu pengecoran harus 50\u2013100 derajat Celsius lebih tinggi daripada suhu likuidus paduan. Selain itu, karena diameter ingot bulat paduan aluminium yang besar, selama proses pengecoran, kecepatan pengkristalan bagian dalam dan luar ingot tidak seragam, sehingga mudah menimbulkan cacat kelonggaran. Jika suhu pengecoran rendah, bagian tengah ingot tidak dapat diisi secara efektif dan tepat waktu, sehingga dapat terjadi cacat kelonggaran yang serius, yang akan menyebabkan retakan pada produk ekstrusi selama proses ekstrusi selanjutnya, yang akan sangat memengaruhi kualitas. Oleh karena itu, suhu pengecoran ditetapkan pada 680\u2013690 derajat Celcius.<\/p>\n<p>(3) Intensitas pendinginan. Intensitas pendinginan memiliki pengaruh besar terhadap struktur ingot, kinerja, kecenderungan retak, dan kualitas permukaan ingot. Debit, laju aliran, dan suhu air pendingin, struktur kristalisator, serta suhu pengecoran merupakan tiga faktor dasar yang menentukan intensitas pendinginan.
