Seiring dengan kemajuan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi yang terus-menerus, industri aluminium sekunder berkembang ke arah perluasan skala, mekanisasi, otomatisasi, spesialisasi, intensifikasi, serta pengurangan pencemaran lingkungan.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-6525\" src=\"https:\/\/aluminiumceramicfiber.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/07\/Secondary-Aluminum-Production-Process.jpg\" alt=\"Proses Produksi Aluminium Sekunder\" width=\"500\" height=\"400\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.aluminiumceramicfiber.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/07\/Secondary-Aluminum-Production-Process.jpg 500w, https:\/\/www.aluminiumceramicfiber.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/07\/Secondary-Aluminum-Production-Process-300x240.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 500px) 100vw, 500px\" \/><\/p>\n<h2>Tren Perkembangan Proses Produksi Aluminium Sekunder<\/h2>\n<p>Secara aktif mengembangkan proses pra-pengolahan limbah aluminium dan paduan aluminium. Dalam proses pengolahan dan pembuatan aluminium serta paduan aluminium, untuk meningkatkan kinerja produk, permukaan logam sering kali diolah, disemprot dengan berbagai lapisan pelapis, atau dilapisi dengan berbagai bahan organik maupun anorganik. Selain itu, limbah aluminium dan paduan aluminium memiliki sumber dan jenis yang beragam, serta telah terkontaminasi dalam tingkat yang bervariasi selama proses penggunaan, daur ulang, dan pembongkaran, sehingga akan tercampur dengan berbagai bahan non-aluminium. Inklusi-inklusi dalam limbah aluminium dan paduan aluminium ini akan mengalami reaksi fisik dan kimia selama proses peleburan, yang akan berdampak lebih besar terhadap kualitas aluminium sekunder dan lingkungan.<\/p>\n<p>Untuk mengurangi dampak inklusi pada limbah aluminium dan paduan aluminium terhadap kualitas serta lingkungan aluminium daur ulang, perlu dilakukan pengembangan aktif terhadap proses pra-pengolahan limbah aluminium dan paduan aluminium guna menghilangkan inklusi tersebut sebelum proses peleburan, sehingga dapat meningkatkan kualitas aluminium daur ulang dan mengurangi pencemaran lingkungan.<\/p>\n<p>Terus melakukan penelitian terhadap tungku peleburan aluminium yang berdaya guna tinggi, hemat energi, dan cepat, yang cocok untuk mengolah limbah aluminium dan paduan aluminium, guna lebih menghemat energi dan mengurangi konsumsi, meningkatkan efisiensi tungku peleburan aluminium, memperpanjang masa pakai tungku, mengurangi kerugian akibat pembakaran logam, serta meningkatkan tingkat pemulihan logam. Kadar hidrogen dan inklusi non-logam dalam logam cair aluminium dan paduan aluminium memiliki dampak yang signifikan terhadap kualitas aluminium daur ulang. Oleh karena itu, logam cair aluminium dan paduan aluminium harus dimurnikan.<\/p>\n<p>Seiring dengan terus meningkatnya persyaratan kualitas untuk aluminium sekunder, proses penghilangan gas secara online saat ini menjadi arah penelitian utama dan fokus pengembangan bagi perusahaan-perusahaan pengolahan aluminium besar.
