Bagaimana Cara Mencegah Polusi Sekunder? Semakin panjang saluran pengecoran, semakin besar kemungkinan dan tingkat polusi sekundernya.<\/p>\n

\"Cara<\/p>\n

Secara teori, kemurnian logam cair paduan aluminium seharusnya mencapai tingkat yang lebih tinggi setelah proses pemurnian di dalam tungku serta penghilangan gas dan pengendapan terak secara online. Namun, hasil yang sebenarnya seringkali tidak ideal. Salah satu alasan utamanya adalah kondisi pengendapan terak dan penyedotan gas saat aluminium cair melewati saluran pengecoran dan platform pengecoran sering diabaikan. Aluminium cair berada dalam keadaan \u201ctidak terlindungi\u201d, sehingga gas yang terserap dan inklusi non-logam lebih mudah mengalir ke dalam batang cor, sehingga menimbulkan \u201cpolusi sekunder\u201d.<\/p>\n

Cara mencegah polusi sekunder: ada tiga langkah yang dapat diambil saat merancang sistem pemurnian:<\/strong><\/p>\n

1. Persingkat panjang saluran pembuangan air<\/a>. Masukkan cetakan melalui saluran keluar air pengecoran, dan panjang saluran pengalir tidak boleh melebihi 2 m. Untuk membuat batang aluminium dengan kemurnian yang lebih tinggi, Anda perlu memperhatikan beberapa hal berikut:<\/strong><\/p>\n

1. Apabila jenis paduan diubah, buang cairan aluminium di dalam perangkat pemurnian dan bersihkan perangkat tersebut.

\n5. Dalam proses produksi dan pemeliharaan pelat cetakan runner, digunakan bahan isolasi tahan api yang ringan dan memiliki permeabilitas udara yang baik, sehingga memudahkan pengeringan secara menyeluruh dan mencegah masuknya udara.
