Ingot slab paduan aluminium dapat dicetak sebanyak 2\u20135 slab sekaligus.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-6857\" src=\"https:\/\/aluminiumceramicfiber.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/09\/LHC-Casting-Technology.jpg\" alt=\"Teknologi Pengecoran LHC\" width=\"500\" height=\"400\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.aluminiumceramicfiber.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/09\/LHC-Casting-Technology.jpg 500w, https:\/\/www.aluminiumceramicfiber.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/09\/LHC-Casting-Technology-300x240.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 500px) 100vw, 500px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Sesuai dengan persyaratan komposisi kimia paduan, setelah pencampuran dengan aluminium cair mentah hasil elektrolisis, ingot aluminium yang dilelehkan ulang, sisa aluminium yang dikembalikan, dan paduan antara, proses peleburan, penghilangan gas, dan pemurnian dengan pengendapan terak, pengadukan, pengendapan terak, serta pengambilan sampel untuk analisis dilakukan di dalam tungku peleburan. Setelah komposisinya memenuhi syarat, aluminium cair dipindahkan ke tungku statis, dilanjutkan dengan penghilangan gas dan pemurnian di dalam tungku, serta suhu dijaga tetap stabil, kemudian alat pemurnian butiran kawat aluminium-titanium-boron ditambahkan secara terus-menerus untuk melakukan pemurnian butiran secara online. Penghilangan gas secara online dilakukan oleh <a href=\"https:\/\/www.aluminiumceramicfiber.com\/id\/rotary-degassing-device\/\">perangkat penghilang gas tipe putar<\/a>, dan CFF dua tahap <a href=\"https:\/\/www.aluminiumceramicfiber.com\/id\/foam-ceramic-filter-device\/\">perangkat filter keramik berbusa<\/a> digunakan untuk menyaring dan membuang terak. Mesin pemotong ingot datar memotong bagian kepala dan ekor, lalu mengemasnya ke dalam tempat penyimpanan setelah lulus pemeriksaan.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-6787\" src=\"https:\/\/aluminiumceramicfiber.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/08\/Metal-Melt-Purification.jpg\" alt=\"Pemurnian Logam Cair\" width=\"500\" height=\"400\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.aluminiumceramicfiber.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/08\/Metal-Melt-Purification.jpg 500w, https:\/\/www.aluminiumceramicfiber.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/08\/Metal-Melt-Purification-300x240.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 500px) 100vw, 500px\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>Karakteristik Teknologi Pengecoran LHC<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>(1) Dibandingkan dengan metode produksi slab tradisional yang menggunakan ingot aluminium yang dilelehkan ulang, metode ini tidak hanya menghilangkan proses peleburan ulang dan menghemat energi, tetapi juga mengurangi kehilangan logam, meminimalkan pencemaran lingkungan, serta menurunkan biaya produksi.<\/p>\n<p>(2) Dengan menggunakan teknologi pengecoran otomatis cetakan gabungan tingkat cairan rendah, tingkat cairan logam jauh lebih rendah daripada tingkat cairan logam pada cetakan pengecoran DC tradisional, dan tingkat cairannya berkisar antara 35\u201365 mm. Dinding bagian dalam kristalisator pengecoran DC tradisional dilapisi dengan cincin grafit. Cincin grafit tersebut menggunakan pelumasan penetrasi berkelanjutan untuk menghaluskan permukaan ingot. Teknologi pengecoran LHC menggunakan dua perangkat injeksi air pendingin yang dikendalikan secara independen, yang dapat mengoptimalkan proses awal pengecoran dan tahap pengecoran yang stabil.
