Nozel yang berputar ini terbuat dari grafit, dan desain struktur nozelnya dirancang untuk memastikan pengeluaran gelembung yang merata. Berdasarkan aliran gas dan tekanan logam cair di dalam <a href=\"https:\/\/www.aluminiumceramicfiber.com\/id\/aluminum-degassing-box\/\">kotak penghilang gas<\/a>, diameter pori-pori rotor dapat dihitung untuk memastikan efektivitas proses pemurnian. Kotak penghilang gas dilengkapi dengan pemanas, yang digunakan untuk memanaskan wadah terlebih dahulu sebelum menyuntikkan aluminium cair, serta dapat mempertahankan atau meningkatkan suhu cairan sesuai dengan karakteristik paduan yang dicetak.<\/p>\n<p>Perangkat penghilang gas berrotor ganda secara online terutama berfungsi untuk memastikan terpenuhinya tiga persyaratan, yaitu penghilangan gas, penghilangan logam alkali, dan penghilangan terak, selama proses pengecoran aluminium cair.<\/p>\n<p>(1) Hidrogen dihilangkan dengan cara melarutkannya dan mengadsorpsinya ke dalam gelembung-gelembung. Nozel yang berputar dengan kecepatan tinggi memecah gelembung-gelembung besar yang memiliki volume besar dan kecepatan mengapung tinggi menjadi gelembung-gelembung kecil yang tak terhitung jumlahnya, yang meningkatkan luas permukaan gas hasil pemurnian lebih dari sepuluh kali lipat atau bahkan puluhan kali lipat; gelembung-gelembung pemurnian kecil ini tersebar secara merata dan mengapung perlahan di dalam aluminium cair.<\/p>\n<p>(2) Logam alkali bereaksi dengan klorin untuk membentuk garam klorida guna memisahkan logam alkali tersebut.<\/p>\n<p>(3) Inklusi terak ditangkap oleh gelembung-gelembung tersebut, dan inklusi terak yang lebih besar bertabrakan dengan gelembung-gelembung tersebut hingga akhirnya tertangkap.
