Bahan yang mengalami keretakan ini pasti akan menyebabkan kecelakaan tak terduga dan menimbulkan ancaman besar terhadap keselamatan. Seiring dengan luasnya penerapan bahan logam, sebagian besar pabrik pengecoran aluminium menggunakan sistem degassing rotari untuk menghilangkan hidrogen dari aluminium cair. Pada saat ini, tegangan internal coran aluminium menjadi lebih besar, plastisitasnya berkurang, dan coran tersebut mudah patah. Untuk mengendalikan kemungkinan penetrasi hidrogen selama proses pelapisan elektro dan mencegah keretakan akibat hidrogen, coran aluminium perlu diuji. Terdapat metode uji dehidrogenasi yang lebih sederhana dan praktis untuk mendeteksi efek dehidrogenasi tersebut.<\/p>\n<h2>Cara Mendeteksi Efek Degassing Aluminium<\/h2>\n<p>Metode-metode khusus untuk mencegah terjadinya penggetasan hidrogen adalah sebagai berikut:<\/p>\n<p>Perlengkapan pemeriksaan: parafin atau petroleum jelly.<\/p>\n<p>Peralatan pemeriksaan: gelas kimia (wadah tahan api), penyangga besi, termometer, jaring asbes, lampu alkohol.<\/p>\n<p>Metode pemeriksaan: Gunakan gelas kimia untuk menampung jumlah parafin yang sesuai, letakkan gelas kimia tersebut di atas jaring asbes pada penyangga besi, lalu nyalakan lampu alkohol untuk memanaskan parafin hingga benar-benar meleleh (parafin harus dapat sepenuhnya merendam coran aluminium). Gunakan termometer untuk mengukur suhu cairan parafin dan pertahankan pada 160 ~ 190 \u2103, dalam rentang suhu ini selama 5 menit untuk menghilangkan kandungan airnya. Coran aluminium yang diuji dibersihkan dari minyak dengan air sabun panas dan dikeringkan, kemudian dimasukkan ke dalam lilin parafin.<\/p>\n<p>Jika gelembung muncul dalam waktu 10 detik (terbentuknya hidrogen atau pengendapan hidrogen pada permukaan coran aluminium), hal ini membuktikan bahwa kualitas coran aluminium tersebut buruk atau bahkan tidak layak sama sekali. Jika tidak ada gelembung yang muncul, berarti proses dehidrogenasi berjalan dengan baik.
