Proses pemurnian logam cair aluminium dapat mengurangi terbentuknya gelembung serta meminimalkan pengaruhnya terhadap kinerja pemrosesan foil aluminium.<\/p>\n<p>Dalam proses produksi industri saat ini, kandungan hidrogen pada lembaran aluminium mentah umumnya harus dikendalikan agar berada dalam kisaran 0,08 ml\/(100 g Al) hingga 0,12 ml\/(100 g Al). Dengan menerapkan langkah-langkah pemurnian yang efektif dan penghilangan gas secara online, kandungan hidrogen yang diukur dalam produksi aktual dapat mencapai 0,10 mL\/(100 g Al) atau kurang.<\/p>\n<p>Inklusi merupakan salah satu penyebab utama munculnya lubang jarum dan robekan pada foil aluminium. Lubang jarum yang disebabkan oleh inklusi tidak tersebar secara merata pada foil aluminium, dan ukuran lubang jarum yang dihasilkan oleh inklusi tersebut lebih besar. Untuk foil aluminium double zero, partikel inklusi berukuran lebih besar dari 0,005 mm akan membentuk lubang kecil. Oleh karena itu, memperhatikan pemurnian lelehan, mengoptimalkan proses pemurnian lelehan, dan memastikan kualitas lelehan merupakan kunci untuk mengendalikan lubang kecil pada foil aluminium double zero.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-7186\" src=\"https:\/\/aluminiumceramicfiber.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/Melt-Purification-Process.jpg\" alt=\"Proses Pemurnian dengan Peleburan\" width=\"500\" height=\"400\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.aluminiumceramicfiber.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/Melt-Purification-Process.jpg 500w, https:\/\/www.aluminiumceramicfiber.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/Melt-Purification-Process-300x240.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 500px) 100vw, 500px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Untuk menghilangkan inklusi dalam lelehan aluminium, lelehan tersebut dimurnikan dengan nitrogen berkadar kemurnian tinggi (kemurnian 99,995%) ditambah bahan pembantu pemurnian di dalam tungku peleburan, sehingga dapat mencapai tujuan penghilangan terak pada tahap pertama.<\/p>\n<p>Pengaturan suhu leleh yang wajar umumnya dijaga pada kisaran 730 \u2103 hingga 740 \u2103, sedangkan terak dibiarkan selama 30 hingga 40 menit.<\/p>\n<p>Dalam proses tungku pemandu, digunakan unit penghilang gas dan penyaringan secara online. Kotak penghilang gas menggunakan nitrogen kemurnian tinggi + Cl\u2082 untuk penyesuaian proses penghilangan gas. Kecepatan rotor grafit adalah 230 putaran per menit, dan terak dibuang setiap 40 menit.<\/p>\n<p>Yang <a href=\"https:\/\/www.aluminiumceramicfiber.com\/id\/cff-filtering-system\/\">Peralatan penyaringan CFF<\/a> digunakan untuk penyaringan, dan jumlah lubang pada pelat filter busa keramik adalah 30 +50 PPI.
