Penggunaan argon yang telah dipanaskan sebelumnya untuk pemurnian dapat menghasilkan \u201cgelembung panas\u201d bersuhu tinggi serta halus dan seragam, dengan selisih suhu yang kecil terhadap logam cair, yang mendukung stabilitas suhu pemurnian logam cair, menghindari konsumsi energi akibat pemanasan, serta mencegah dispersi gelembung. Luas area kontak aktual antara gelembung pemurnian dan logam cair meningkat, yang bermanfaat untuk mengeluarkan gas dan inklusi yang terlarut dalam logam cair aluminium dari permukaan logam cair.<\/p>\n<p>Metode pemurnian paduan aluminium cair adalah: menggunakan argon kemurnian tinggi yang telah dipanaskan terlebih dahulu sebagai media pembawa, lalu mengalirkannya <a href=\"https:\/\/www.aluminiumceramicfiber.com\/id\/refining-flux\/\">fluks pemurnian<\/a> ke dalam lelehan paduan aluminium 7075. Cl\u2082 yang dihasilkan dari dekomposisi CCl\u2084 bereaksi dengan logam alkali seperti hidrogen, natrium, dan kalsium dalam lelehan untuk menghasilkan gas HCl serta garam klorida NaCl dan CaCl\u2082, sedangkan inklusi non-logam dalam lelehan disertai oleh argon. Gelembung-gelembung tersebut naik ke permukaan lelehan secara bersamaan.<\/p>\n<p>Setelah proses pemurnian, saat menganalisis komposisi kimianya, kandungan pengotor Na dan Ca dalam cairan logam dianalisis secara bersamaan. Jika kandungan Na dan Ca relatif tinggi, maka perlu dilakukan pemurnian ulang sesuai metode di atas. Hal ini karena Na dan Ca tidak hanya meningkatkan viskositas cairan logam dan mengurangi kinerja pengecoran paduan, tetapi juga menyebabkan paduan aluminium 7075 mengalami \u201ckeretakan akibat natrium\u201d serta meningkatkan kecenderungan retak pada ingot bulat paduan aluminium 7075.<\/p>\n<p>Karena unsur Mg termasuk logam alkali tanah, pasti terjadi kehilangan unsur Mg dalam jumlah tertentu selama proses pemurnian. Saat menghitung komposisi bahan baku, kandungan Mg diatur sesuai batas atas untuk mengkompensasi kehilangan Mg yang disebabkan oleh proses peleburan dan pemurnian.
