Ketika gelembung-gelembung gas ini naik ke permukaan, hidrogen dan inklusi non-logam terangkat dari permukaan cairan aluminium. Pada saat yang sama, inklusi non-logam tersebut dibasahi oleh agen pemurnian, sehingga inklusi tersebut teradsorpsi pada tetesan agen pemurnian dan mengapung bersama di permukaan lelehan aluminium.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-7195\" src=\"https:\/\/aluminiumceramicfiber.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/Aluminum-Refining-Agent-Purification.jpg\" alt=\"Pemurnian Bahan Pemurnian Aluminium\" width=\"500\" height=\"400\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.aluminiumceramicfiber.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/Aluminum-Refining-Agent-Purification.jpg 500w, https:\/\/www.aluminiumceramicfiber.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/Aluminum-Refining-Agent-Purification-300x240.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 500px) 100vw, 500px\" \/><\/p>\n<h2>Karakteristik Pemurnian Bahan Pemurnian Aluminium<\/h2>\n<p>1. Selain berperan sebagai agen pemurnian untuk menyerap dan melarutkan hidrogen serta inklusi, yang lebih penting adalah menghasilkan senyawa dan gas yang berfungsi untuk mengeluarkan gas dan menghilangkan terak melalui reaksi tertentu dalam cairan logam.<\/p>\n<p>2. Semua bahan baku kimia yang tidak mengandung hidrogen dipilih untuk menggantikan bahan-bahan tradisional yang mengandung hidrogen guna menghindari polusi sekunder dalam proses penghilangan hidrogen.<\/p>\n<p>3. Tingkatkan jumlah gelembung pemurnian, kurangi diameter gelembung pemurnian, perpanjang jarak apung gelembung dalam aluminium cair, perpanjang waktu tinggal gelembung dalam aluminium cair\u2014artinya, perpanjang waktu yang dibutuhkan gelembung untuk memproses aluminium cair\u2014dan efek penghilangan hidrogen akan menjadi lebih nyata.<\/p>\n<p>4. Peran agen pemurnian dalam menghilangkan terak menyoroti kemampuan pemurnian melalui adsorpsi, pelarutan, dan reaksi kimia, serta kemampuan pemisahan timbal dalam terak; dan efeknya terhadap kandungan timbal yang tinggi dalam terak cukup baik.<\/p>\n<p>5. Bahan-bahan ramah lingkungan dipilih agar gas-gas utama yang dihasilkan setelah reaksi adalah CO\u2082, N\u2082, dan sebagainya, serta polusi lingkungannya relatif kecil.<\/p>\n<p>Proses pemurnian dan titik-titik pengendalian agen pemurnian gas ini menggunakan nitrogen murni dengan kemurnian 99,99%. Agen pemurnian berkualitas tinggi tersebut disemprotkan ke bagian bawah bak lelehan aluminium melalui tangki pemurnian. Waktu pemurnian adalah 20\u201330 menit, dan jumlah <a href=\"https:\/\/www.aluminiumceramicfiber.com\/id\/refining-agent\/\">zat pemurnian<\/a> adalah 1,5\u20132 kg per ton logam cair. Ketinggian lelehan aluminium yang bergulung dan memercik selama proses peniupan umumnya berkisar antara 30\u201350 mm, tidak melebihi 180 mm.
