Hal ini menjadi acuan bagi perusahaan pengolahan aluminium dalam memilih proses pemurnian dan <a href=\"https:\/\/www.aluminiumceramicfiber.com\/id\/refining-agent-purification\/\">zat pemurnian<\/a> saat melakukan peleburan paduan aluminium.<\/p>\n<p>Prinsip penghilangan terak: ketika <a href=\"https:\/\/www.aluminiumceramicfiber.com\/id\/portfolio\/non-sodium-granulated-flux\/\">fluks partikel padat<\/a> Ketika disemprotkan ke dalam lelehan aluminium oleh gas inert, partikel padat tersebut dapat dengan cepat meleleh menjadi tetesan. Karena kepadatan tetesan-tetesan ini lebih rendah daripada kepadatan lelehan aluminium, tegangan permukaan inklusi terak menjadi lebih kecil. Proses ini memiliki kemampuan yang kuat untuk membasahi dan menyerap inklusi terak. Ketika inklusi terak diserap oleh tetesan fluks, inklusi tersebut akan mengapung ke atas dan terbuang dari cairan aluminium. Pada saat yang sama, setelah tetesan fluks mengapung ke atas, terbentuklah lapisan cair yang menutupi permukaan cairan aluminium, sehingga mengurangi kehilangan akibat pembakaran oksidatif pada cairan aluminium.<\/p>\n<p>Prinsip penghilangan pengotor: setelah senyawa yang mengandung ion magnesium dalam bahan pemurnian masuk ke dalam lelehan aluminium, senyawa tersebut akan bereaksi dengan unsur-unsur logam alkali Na, Ca, dan Li untuk melepaskan atom magnesium ke dalam lelehan paduan aluminium, sekaligus menyerap unsur-unsur logam alkali Na, Ca, dan Li dibawa ke permukaan lelehan aluminium, sehingga berperan dalam menghilangkan logam alkali tersebut.<\/p>\n<p>Proses pemurnian biasanya menggunakan mekanisme injeksi fluks yang dirancang untuk memasukkan fluks ke dalam aluminium cair.
