Menghilangkan sebagian hidrogen kompleks yang diserap oleh inklusi teroksidasi.<br \/>\n2. Ketika fluks pemurnian berinteraksi dengan cairan logam, terbentuklah produk gas yang berfungsi untuk memfasilitasi difusi dan penghilangan hidrogen.<br \/>\n3. Karena lapisan oksida pada permukaan cairan tersebut larut, hidrogen atomik yang terlarut pun menjadi mudah berdifusi ke atmosfer.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-7265\" src=\"https:\/\/aluminiumceramicfiber.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/Aluminum-Fluxes.jpg\" alt=\"Flux Aluminium\" width=\"500\" height=\"400\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.aluminiumceramicfiber.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/Aluminum-Fluxes.jpg 500w, https:\/\/www.aluminiumceramicfiber.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/Aluminum-Fluxes-300x240.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 500px) 100vw, 500px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Namun, efek penghilangan gas yang dihasilkan oleh fluks tersebut terbatas. Dalam kondisi produksi, kandungan hidrogennya hanya dapat diturunkan hingga tingkat 0,2\u20130,25 mL\/100 g Al. Sebagian besar pabrik pengecoran aluminium menggunakan perangkat penghilang gas secara online untuk proses pemurnian lebih lanjut.<\/p>\n<p>Kemampuan fluks aluminium dalam menghilangkan terak ditentukan oleh kemampuan fluks tersebut dalam mengadsorpsi dan melarutkan inklusi yang teroksidasi.<\/p>\n<p>Inklusi yang teroksidasi tidak terbasahi oleh aluminium cair, dan tegangan antarmuka antara keduanya sangat besar. Hal ini <a href=\"https:\/\/www.aluminiumceramicfiber.com\/id\/furnace-refining-flux\/\">fluks pemurnian<\/a> membasahi inklusi yang teroksidasi, dan tegangan antarmuka di antara keduanya relatif kecil. Setelah fluks menyerap inklusi yang teroksidasi dalam cairan logam, hal ini dapat mengurangi energi bebas permukaan sistem. Secara umum, ketika struktur molekul fluks mirip dengan substruktur atau sifat kimia oksida tertentu, pelarutan timbal balik dapat terjadi pada suhu tertentu. Sebagai contoh, Al\u2082O\u2083 dan Na\u2083AlF\u2086 yang memiliki kation yang sama memiliki kelarutan timbal balik tertentu. Namun, pada rentang suhu pemurnian normal lelehan aluminium, jumlah oksida yang terlarut dalam fluks sangat kecil.<\/p>\n<p>Setelah reaksi kimia antara pelarut dan bahan cair, produk reaksi tersebut tidak larut dalam aluminium. Ketika gelembung-gelembung terbentuk di batas antara logam dan oksida, lapisan oksida tersebut terdorong untuk terlepas dari logam, dan lapisan oksida tersebut berpindah ke fluks.
