Oleh karena itu, pola aliran dan pola suhu logam cair di dalam rongga nozel tidak hanya memengaruhi stabilitas proses pengecoran dan penggulungan, tetapi juga berperan penting dalam kualitas lembaran, seperti adanya rongga udara, lembaran panas, dan penghalang dingin.<\/p>\n<p>Teknologi distribusi aliran logam cair aluminium dalam proses pengecoran diwujudkan melalui blok shunt yang dipasang tetap di dalam rongga cetakan. Karena blok shunt yang terpasang tetap tersebut tidak dapat disesuaikan secara dinamis selama proses berlangsung, maka begitu terjadi distribusi aliran yang sangat tidak wajar dan muncul masalah kualitas, produksi pengecoran dan penggulungan harus dihentikan sementara dan diganti dengan nosel pengecoran yang dilengkapi sistem redistribusi.
