Sebelum tahun 1970-an, kecepatan pengecoran-penggulungan pada mesin pengecoran-penggulungan masih rendah, kualitas pengecoran-penggulungan belum optimal, dan persyaratan terhadap nozel belum tinggi, sehingga desain rongga nozel sebagian besar didasarkan pada pengalaman. Mesin pengecoran dan penggulungan yang ada saat ini memiliki struktur nozel yang berbeda-beda, dan kondisi aliran nozel selama produksi merupakan faktor utama yang membatasi produksi normal. Oleh karena itu, penelitian mengenai ujung pengumpan dan nozel telah menjadi fokus utama dalam penelitian saat ini.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-7625\" src=\"https:\/\/aluminiumceramicfiber.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/11\/Feeding-Tip-and-Nozzle.jpg\" alt=\"Ujung dan Nozel Pengumpan\" width=\"500\" height=\"400\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.aluminiumceramicfiber.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/11\/Feeding-Tip-and-Nozzle.jpg 500w, https:\/\/www.aluminiumceramicfiber.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/11\/Feeding-Tip-and-Nozzle-300x240.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 500px) 100vw, 500px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Dalam proses pengecoran dan penggulungan berkelanjutan dua rol, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.aluminiumceramicfiber.com\/id\/casting-tips-and-nozzles\/\">tips pemberian makan dan nosel<\/a> Struktur memiliki pengaruh penting terhadap kelancaran proses dan peningkatan kualitas pelat cor. Struktur ujung cor dan nosel dengan distribusi aliran yang merata merupakan jaminan penting untuk menghasilkan pelat paduan aluminium berkualitas tinggi. Apabila panjang nosel melebihi 400 mm, perubahan panjang nosel memiliki pengaruh yang lebih kecil terhadap keseragaman distribusi kecepatan fluida di ujung nosel.<\/p>\n<p>Metode persiapan bahan nosel pengecoran untuk pengolahan aluminium tingkat lanjut adalah dengan terlebih dahulu menyiapkan bahan nosel pengecoran, kemudian mengaplikasikan lapisan aluminium anti lengket pada permukaan bahan nosel pengecoran tersebut dengan cara disikat, sehingga permukaan bahan nosel pengecoran tersebut memiliki lapisan aluminium anti lengket. Setelah perlakuan nitridasi, bahan nosel digabungkan dengan lapisan aluminium anti lengket untuk membentuk bahan struktural komposit dengan lapisan aluminium anti lengket pada permukaannya. Lapisan aluminium anti lengket tersebut merupakan lapisan komposit dari silikon nitrida dan boron nitrida.
