Setelah disaring oleh sistem penyaringan, aluminium cair dialirkan secara stabil ke nosel pengecoran melalui sistem pengatur ketinggian cairan. Aluminium cair tersebut kemudian dialirkan dari nosel pengecoran ke celah rol mesin pengecoran. Saat memasuki zona deformasi dari zona pengecoran, logam tersebut digunakan untuk proses penggulungan; logam di permukaan menempel pada permukaan rol pengecoran, sedangkan logam di bagian tengah lempengan bergeser ke belakang relatif terhadap logam di permukaan.<\/p>\n<p>Akibat deformasi dan aliran yang tidak merata, lapisan luar cangkang yang telah mengeras di dalam rongga cair mengalami tegangan tarik.
