Kotak aliran ini dapat mengontrol aliran aluminium cair selama proses pengecoran lembaran. Kotak pengatur aliran ini terbuat dari bahan silikon dengan titik leleh tinggi. Kotak ini memiliki sifat anti-lengket dan ketahanan terhadap erosi pada aluminium cair, sehingga dapat menjaga stabilitas lapisan dalamnya.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-7680\" src=\"https:\/\/aluminiumceramicfiber.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/11\/cassa-dafflusso-formata-sotto-vuoto.jpg\" alt=\"wadah penampung yang dibentuk dengan metode vakum\" width=\"500\" height=\"400\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.aluminiumceramicfiber.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/11\/cassa-dafflusso-formata-sotto-vuoto.jpg 500w, https:\/\/www.aluminiumceramicfiber.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/11\/cassa-dafflusso-formata-sotto-vuoto-300x240.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 500px) 100vw, 500px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Setelah menurunkan suhu wadah aliran yang terbentuk dalam kondisi vakum (juga disebut wadah depan atau keranjang), maka dapat mengurangi cacat butiran kasar yang disebabkan oleh suhu yang terlalu tinggi, mengurangi reaksi pengoksidasi pada logam cair pada suhu tinggi, serta memastikan kualitas coran\u2014laminasi dapat terjamin.<\/p>\n<p>Akibat peningkatan kecepatan pengecoran, ukuran fase kedua pada struktur dengan perbesaran tinggi dari gulungan laminasi menjadi lebih kecil, tersebar, dan terdistribusi secara lebih merata. Partikel-partikel halus dari senyawa logam intermediet dapat meningkatkan sifat mekanis bahan dan dapat meningkatkan kekuatan bahan tanpa mengurangi plastisitasnya.<\/p>\n<p>Seiring dengan peningkatan kecepatan pengecoran-laminasi, kondisi pemadatan logam cair menjadi lebih baik, kepadatan struktur internal gulungan laminasi hasil pengecoran meningkat, dan kualitas struktur internalnya pun meningkat secara signifikan. Namun, peningkatan kecepatan pengecoran-laminasi juga terbatas pada rentang tertentu. Seiring dengan meningkatnya ketinggian vertikal rentang kristalisasi paduan, kecepatan pengecoran-laminasi harus dikurangi sesuai dengan itu.<\/p>\n<p>Untuk mengatasi pendinginan serta peningkatan kecepatan pengecoran dan pelapisan, seiring dengan bertambahnya jarak antar rol nozel, diperlukan peningkatan metode distribusi aliran nozel serta peningkatan keseragaman suhu dan tekanan fluida di rongga nozel dengan memperbaiki distribusi blok pengunci pada ujung roda. Untuk menyesuaikan dengan pendinginan serta percepatan aliran logam cair dan proses pelapisan, intensitas pendinginan harus ditingkatkan guna memastikan keseimbangan termal dalam proses produksi.<\/p>\n<p>Penurunan suhu ruang aliran dan peningkatan kecepatan pengecoran tidak hanya dapat meningkatkan efisiensi produksi, tetapi juga memperbaiki kelancaran aliran logam cair serta kondisi pemadatan logam cair, sekaligus meningkatkan kepadatan struktur internal gulungan laminasi hasil pengecoran.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La cassa d&#8217;afflusso formata sotto vuoto \u00e8 i fattori chiave per garantire la produzione di colata e laminazione di bobine di alluminio.
