Porositas menentukan kapasitas filtrasi pelat filter busa keramik per satuan volume. Semakin tinggi porositasnya, semakin tinggi laju filtrasi pelat filter tersebut dan semakin besar kapasitas filtrasinya, dan sebaliknya.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-7851\" src=\"https:\/\/aluminiumceramicfiber.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/11\/Ceramic-Foam-Filter-Porosity.jpg\" alt=\"Porositas Filter Busa Keramik\" width=\"500\" height=\"400\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.aluminiumceramicfiber.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/11\/Ceramic-Foam-Filter-Porosity.jpg 500w, https:\/\/www.aluminiumceramicfiber.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/11\/Ceramic-Foam-Filter-Porosity-300x240.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 500px) 100vw, 500px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Penentuan porositas <a href=\"https:\/\/www.aluminiumceramicfiber.com\/id\/ceramic-foam-filter-manufacturing-process\/\">proses pembuatan filter busa keramik<\/a>. Saat ini terdapat dua metode utama untuk menentukan porositas.<\/p>\n<p>Salah satunya adalah menghitung volume lubang pada pelat saring berdasarkan hukum Archimedes, yaitu dengan menyuntikkan air ke dalam gelas kimia yang dilengkapi pipa luapan hingga air tersebut mengalir keluar dari pipa luapan, dan pengukuran dilakukan saat air tidak lagi mengalir. Semua sampel ditempatkan dengan hati-hati ke dalam air, kemudian air mengalir keluar melalui pipa luapan dan volume air pada bagian ini diukur. Volume air yang meluap dikurangkan dari volume fisik pelat saring, yang merupakan volume total lubang-lubang pada pelat saring.<\/p>\n<p>Metode lainnya adalah dengan menentukan secara terpisah kepadatan aktual dan kepadatan volume sampel uji, kemudian menghitung porositas sampel tersebut berdasarkan rumus berikut.<\/p>\n<p>Kedua metode ini masing-masing memiliki kelebihan dan kekurangan. Cara kerjanya sederhana dan praktis, serta kecepatan pendeteksiannya tinggi, namun kelemahan fatalnya disebabkan oleh karakteristik penyerapan air dari bahan pelat filter itu sendiri, sehingga volume air yang dikeluarkan lebih kecil daripada volume sebenarnya. Hal ini menyebabkan data yang diukur menjadi terlalu kecil.<br \/>\nMeskipun proses pengujian pada metode kedua lebih rumit, pengaruh penyerapan air pada bahan pelat filter dapat dikesampingkan selama pengujian, sehingga data yang diperoleh relatif akurat.<\/p>\n<p>Indeks porositas ditetapkan lebih besar dari 84% dalam standar ini. Keseragaman pori digunakan untuk menggambarkan selisih antara jumlah lubang aktual per panjang 25,4 mm pada produk pelat filter dengan jumlah lubang yang secara teoritis diperlukan.<\/p>\n<p>Semakin kecil ruangannya, semakin baik kualitas produknya; sedangkan jika ruangannya terlalu besar, hal ini akan mengurangi kemampuan produk pelat filter dalam menahan kotoran atau memperlambat laju filtrasi besi cor, sehingga tidak akan memenuhi persyaratan produksi masing-masing pengguna.<\/p>\n<p>Keseragaman ukuran pori terutama bergantung pada busa yang digunakan dalam proses produksi pelat filter. Jika keseragaman ukuran pori pada busa baik, maka keseragaman ukuran pori pada pelat filter pun akan baik; oleh karena itu, pemilihan busa sangatlah penting.<\/p>\n<p>(Jumlah lubang pada setiap panjang 25,4 mm) 10p 7 \uff5e 13 20p 17 \uff5e 23 30p 27 \uff5e 33 40p 37 \uff5e 43 50p 47 \uff5e 53 60p 57 \uff5e 63 Standar ini menentukan keseragaman pori-pori sebagaimana data yang diperlukan dalam tabel di atas. Selama pengangkutan dan penggunaan, pelat filter harus mampu menahan dampak tekanan tertentu dari luar, sehingga indeks kekuatan tekan juga dimasukkan ke dalam standar ini sebagai salah satu dasar untuk mengukur kualitas pelat filter.
