Salah satu metode penghilangan hidrogen yang umum digunakan adalah dengan memasukkan gas nitrogen yang digelembungkan melalui aluminium cair. Hidrogen tertarik ke gelembung nitrogen, kemudian diangkut melalui aluminium dan dilepaskan ke permukaan. Argon juga sangat efisien, tetapi karena biaya yang tinggi terkait dengan gas ini, nitrogen lebih disukai.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-7857\" src=\"https:\/\/aluminiumceramicfiber.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/11\/Remove-Hydrogen.jpg\" alt=\"Menghilangkan Hidrogen\" width=\"500\" height=\"400\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.aluminiumceramicfiber.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/11\/Remove-Hydrogen.jpg 500w, https:\/\/www.aluminiumceramicfiber.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/11\/Remove-Hydrogen-300x240.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 500px) 100vw, 500px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Metode Penghilangan Hidrogen Adtech \u2013 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.aluminiumceramicfiber.com\/id\/online-degassing-unit\/\">Unit Penghilang Gas Secara Online<\/a> digunakan terutama untuk menghilangkan hidrogen (H) dan terak dari aluminium cair.<\/p>\n<p>Proses ini menggunakan prinsip flotasi gas. Rotor penghilang gas memasukkan gas inert atau campuran klorin dan gas inert ke dalam aluminium cair, lalu memecah gas tersebut menjadi gelembung-gelembung kecil yang tersebar; gelembung-gelembung tersebut naik ke permukaan aluminium cair dan sekaligus menyelesaikan prosedur-prosedur berikut ini:<\/p>\n<p>H diserap oleh gelembung-gelembung dan dikeluarkan.<br \/>\nKlorida dihilangkan (terbentuk melalui reaksi kimia antara logam alkali dan gas klorin).<br \/>\nBuang terak tersebut.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Petunjuk Penggunaan Unit Penghilang Gas Online:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Matikan pemanas setelah kotak degassing selesai dipanaskan. Alirkan gas inert ke dalam rotor dan keluarkan aluminium cair dari wadahnya ketika suhu pemanas mendekati suhu aluminium cair.<\/p>\n<p>Periksa segel di antara saluran masuk\/keluar dan mesin cuci.<\/p>\n<p>Periksa kerucut yang terletak di saluran pembuangan pelindung termal di bagian bawah.<\/p>\n<p>Periksa suhu aluminium cair (minimal 720 \u00b0C). Ukur ketinggian aluminium cair dari dasar mesin cuci sejauh 3 cm untuk mengamati aliran aluminium cair yang masuk ke dalam kotak.<\/p>\n<p>Operator harus mengenakan pakaian pelindung saat menutup penutupnya. Tutup saluran pembuangan untuk menghemat panas.<\/p>\n<p>Aluminium cair dapat dipertahankan di dalam wadah pada suhu tertentu selama fase pemeliharaan panas, tanpa perlu menangani aluminium cair tersebut.<\/p>\n<p>Arahkan gas inert ke dalam rotor untuk mencegah tersumbatnya saluran keluar udara oleh aluminium cair.<\/p>\n<p>Nyalakan pemanas segera setelah aluminium cair mengalir ke dalam kaleng, lalu sesuaikan pengaturan pemeliharaan panas.<\/p>\n<p>Nyalakan sistem pemanas, atur suhu aluminium cair, pantau aliran gas, dan ubah kecepatan rotor dari tahap pemeliharaan panas ke tahap pemrosesan.
