Jika kandungan hidrogennya terlalu tinggi, akan terbentuk lubang-lubang kecil selama proses penggulungan ingot aluminium, yang akan mengurangi kekuatan produk. Selain itu, jika kandungan hidrogen terlalu tinggi, gelembung udara akan terbentuk di permukaan saat ingot aluminium digulung. Oleh karena itu, kandungan hidrogen harus dikurangi hingga kurang dari 0,15 ml per 100 g, dan sebaiknya kurang dari 0,1 ml per 100 g aluminium cair.<\/p>\n<p>Hidrogen pada tahap dehidrogenasi dihilangkan melalui proses fluxing, pemurnian klorin, pemurnian secara online, dan sebagainya, namun lebih disarankan untuk menggunakan sebuah <a href=\"https:\/\/www.aluminiumceramicfiber.com\/id\/online-degassing-device\/\">perangkat penghilang gas daring<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-7954\" src=\"https:\/\/aluminiumceramicfiber.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/Dehydrogenation-Step.jpg\" alt=\"Tahap Dehidrogenasi\" width=\"500\" height=\"400\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.aluminiumceramicfiber.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/Dehydrogenation-Step.jpg 500w, https:\/\/www.aluminiumceramicfiber.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/Dehydrogenation-Step-300x240.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 500px) 100vw, 500px\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>Prinsip Kerja Peralatan Penghilang Gas Secara Online<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Peralatan degassing daring dipasang pada jalur antara tungku penahan dan mesin pengecoran, serta memiliki dua fungsi, yaitu pemanasan dan pengolahan. Pemanasan dilakukan melalui pemanas yang dipasang pada tutup wadah untuk memanaskan wadah terlebih dahulu sebelum diisi dengan aluminium cair. Operator dapat mengatur suhu untuk menjaga suhu logam di antara proses pengecoran dan meningkatkan suhu selama proses pengecoran. Pengolahan ini bertujuan agar aluminium cair yang keluar dari tungku penampung mengandung sejumlah tertentu pengotor (hidrogen, logam alkali, inklusi terak), yang dihilangkan setelah melalui proses pengolahan online.<\/p>\n<p>Proses pengolahan yang diterapkan oleh perangkat degassing daring ini didasarkan pada prinsip flotasi gas. Rotor menyemprotkan dan menyebarkan secara merata gas proses (gas inert atau campuran gas inert dan gas klorin), serta aliran gelembung-gelembung kecil ke atas ke dalam cairan logam.
