{"id":8292,"date":"2021-12-30T06:55:31","date_gmt":"2021-12-30T06:55:31","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.aluminiumceramicfiber.com\/?p=8292"},"modified":"2021-12-30T06:55:31","modified_gmt":"2021-12-30T06:55:31","slug":"foundry-feeder-tip","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.aluminiumceramicfiber.com\/id\/foundry-feeder-tip\/","title":{"rendered":"Tips Pengumpan Pengecoran"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Ujung Pengumpan Pengecoran terletak di depan rol-rol peralatan penggulungan di bidang paduan aluminium dan digunakan untuk mengarahkan paduan aluminium cair.<\/p>\n<p>Aluminium cair masuk ke ujung saluran pengumpan pengecoran (Foundry Feeder Tip) melalui saluran masuk bagian belakang, kemudian keluar melalui saluran keluar bagian depan, lalu masuk ke antara rol-rol, di mana aluminium tersebut didinginkan oleh rol-rol tersebut dan digulung menjadi billet cor.<\/p>\n<p>Biasanya, lebar billet hasil pengecoran dan penggulungan ditentukan oleh lebar keluaran nosel. Untuk meningkatkan pemanfaatan peralatan dan mengurangi biaya operasional, lebar pelat yang dihasilkan oleh peralatan pengecoran dan penggulungan biasa relatif lebar, umumnya mencapai 1450 mm\u20131600 mm.<\/p>\n<p>Untuk pelat cor-gulung dengan lebar kurang dari 800 mm, jika struktur peralatan dan metode produksi tradisional digunakan dalam proses produksi, hasil produksi per unit akan menurun.<\/p>\n<p>Ujung Foundry Feeder Tip biasanya terbuat dari bahan keramik berdensitas rendah, yang mampu menahan keausan dan guncangan termal akibat kontak dengan aluminium cair, seperti papan serat keramik yang dibentuk sesuai bentuk yang diperlukan.<\/p>\n<p>Karena kepadatan bahan-bahan ini yang rendah, konduktivitas termalnya pun sangat rendah (biasanya kurang dari 0,18 W\/mK), sehingga dapat memberikan tingkat isolasi termal tertentu bagi aluminium cair di ujung cetakan.<\/p>\n<p>Namun, setelah melalui proses produksi selama beberapa waktu, bagian-bagian tersebut mungkin mengalami korosi dan keausan akibat bahan kimia. Hal ini dapat menyebabkan terbentuknya berbagai kotoran pada struktur ujung dan pada akhirnya menyebabkan gerakan pengecoran terhenti sebelum waktunya.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ujung pengumpan foundry biasanya mengalami erosi dan keausan sebagai berikut<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1. Pemblokiran ujung roda<br \/>\nKetika terjadi penyumbatan di rongga ujung cetakan, aliran logam terhambat sehingga tidak dapat keluar melalui seluruh lebar lubang ujung cetakan, yang mengakibatkan munculnya cacat pori memanjang pada permukaan strip yang dicetak dan digulung.<br \/>\nPori-pori tersebut bisa berukuran sangat kecil, sehingga dapat diamati dengan mata telanjang.<br \/>\nTerkadang, terdapat lubang-lubang di bagian dalam strip, dan terlihat garis-garis oksidasi yang jelas pada permukaan strip.<br \/>\nMetode perbaikannya adalah dengan menaikkan suhu logam. Selain itu, putaran drum juga dapat dihentikan sebentar agar logam mengeras di sekitar benda penghalang, lalu benda tersebut dapat ditarik keluar saat putaran drum dimulai kembali.<br \/>\nDalam beberapa kasus, ujung cor yang tersumbat memerlukan penggantian pelat nosel.<br \/>\nLangkah-langkah penyempurnaan yang baik merupakan cara yang efektif untuk mencegah penyumbatan pada pelat cor.<\/p>\n<p>2. Bekas luka akibat ujung roda<br \/>\nProses pengendapan logam dapat terjadi di dalam rongga cetakan atau di bagian mulut cetakan.<br \/>\nLogam tersebut mengeras di dalam rongga mulut, yang ditandai dengan berkurangnya lebar strip atau munculnya lubang-lubang pada strip tersebut.<br \/>\nPenyebab cacat ini mungkin adalah kebocoran logam dari kepala cetakan atau suhu logam yang rendah di pelat nosel.<br \/>\nMetode koreksinya adalah sebagai berikut:<br \/>\n\u00b7Jika kebocorannya parah, gantilah pelat nosel penuang<br \/>\n\u00b7Tingkatkan suhu aluminium cair di kotak depan<br \/>\n\u00b7Meningkatkan kecepatan pengecoran<\/p>\n<p>3. Riak-riak halus<br \/>\nCacat ini ditandai dengan adanya beberapa garis terang dan gelap yang terlihat secara horizontal pada permukaan lembaran baja cor-gulung. Gejala-gejala cacat ini adalah:<br \/>\n\u00b7Pita tersebut memiliki garis-garis gelap horizontal<br \/>\n\u00b7Bagian yang belum rapi<br \/>\n\u00b7Nilai arus motor utama menurun<br \/>\nPenyebab cacat ini adalah:<br \/>\n\u00b7Kadar logamnya terlalu tinggi. Akibat tekanan logam yang berlebihan, logam di ujung cetakan akan bergetar, sehingga menimbulkan gelombang halus pada permukaan papan.<br \/>\n\u00b7Kecepatan pengecoran rendah<br \/>\n\u00b7Suhu logam terlalu tinggi<\/p>\n<p>Metode perbaikan: kurangi tingkat cairan di tangki depan, turunkan suhu cairan aluminium di tangki depan, tingkatkan kecepatan ujung cetakan, dan minimalkan cacat.<br \/>\nIdealnya, distribusi panas logam cair yang keluar dari ujung cetakan harus seragam mungkin sepanjang ujung cetakan tersebut.<\/p>\n<p>Lebar dari <a href=\"https:\/\/www.aluminiumceramicfiber.com\/id\/ceramic-casting-tips\/\">tips casting<\/a> dapat berkisar antara 0,3 m hingga 2,5 m.<br \/>\nAluminium cair yang keluar dari ujung cetakan biasanya berada pada suhu tertinggi di bagian tengah dan terisolasi di kedua ujung luar cetakan tersebut.<br \/>\nDaerah-daerah yang lebih dingin biasanya terletak di sebelah kiri dan kanan daerah tengah, di mana si penyihir menundukkan kepalanya.<br \/>\nPerbedaan suhu ini akan memengaruhi keseragaman proses pengecoran serta kualitas strip baja cor.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Foundry Feeder Tip is located in front of the rolls of rolling equipment in the aluminum alloy field and is used to guide molten aluminum alloy.
