Aluminium cair dialirkan dari ujung pengecoran yang memanjang ke celah di antara dua rol berpendingin air yang berputar berlawanan arah.<\/p>\n<p>Aluminium cair tersebut mendingin saat bersentuhan dengan rol-rol dan terus mendingin saat melewati celah di antara rol-rol tersebut, sehingga membentuk lembaran logam cor yang lebar dengan ketebalan seragam.<\/p>\n<p>Selama logam cair terus disuplai ke mesin pengecoran, proses pengecoran dapat berlangsung secara terus-menerus.<\/p>\n<p>Rongga ujung saluran pengisian cetakan biasanya terbuat dari bahan keramik berdensitas rendah yang mampu menahan keausan dan guncangan termal akibat kontak dengan aluminium cair, seperti papan serat keramik yang dibentuk sesuai bentuk yang diperlukan.<\/p>\n<p>Karena kepadatan bahan-bahan ini yang rendah, konduktivitas termalnya pun sangat rendah (biasanya kurang dari 0,18 W\/mK), dan dapat memberikan tingkat isolasi termal tertentu bagi aluminium cair di dalam <a href=\"https:\/\/www.aluminiumceramicfiber.com\/id\/twin-roll-caster-tip\/\">Tips untuk Roda<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Namun, setelah melalui proses produksi selama beberapa waktu, komponen-komponen tersebut dapat mengalami serangan kimia dan keausan. Hal ini dapat menyebabkan terbentuknya berbagai kotoran di dalam struktur ujung, dan pada akhirnya mengakibatkan terhentinya gerakan pengecoran sebelum waktunya.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-8296\" src=\"https:\/\/aluminiumceramicfiber.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/Foundry-Feeding-Tip-Cavity.jpg\" alt=\"Ujung Pengumpanan Cetakan Rongga\" width=\"600\" height=\"500\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.aluminiumceramicfiber.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/Foundry-Feeding-Tip-Cavity.jpg 600w, https:\/\/www.aluminiumceramicfiber.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/Foundry-Feeding-Tip-Cavity-300x250.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 600px) 100vw, 600px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Mesin penggilingan coran aluminium terdiri dari dua rol, yaitu rol atas dan rol bawah. Nozel coran aluminium anti lengket dipasang di celah antara rol atas dan rol bawah. Nozel Pengumpan Coran terdiri dari dua bagian nozel coran, yaitu rol atas dan rol bawah. Bagian nosel atas berdekatan dengan rol atas, sedangkan bagian nosel bawah berdekatan dengan rol bawah. Seiring berjalannya waktu produksi, endapan karbon dan partikel halus dapat menumpuk pada bagian nosel atas dan bawah. Endapan ini pada akhirnya akan membentuk garis-garis gelap dan goresan pada permukaan pelat aluminium, yang akan sangat memengaruhi kualitas permukaan pelat aluminium tersebut. Cacat-cacat ini sulit dihilangkan dengan cara konvensional. Untuk mengatasi kekurangan ini, metode tradisional yang dilakukan adalah melakukan re-rise slab, yaitu menghilangkan endapan tersebut setelah produksi dihentikan dan melakukan produksi ulang. Namun, proses re-rise ini akan sangat memengaruhi efisiensi produksi dan secara signifikan meningkatkan biaya produksi.<\/p>\n<p>Persiapan sebelum menggunakan Nozzle Feed Caster<br \/>\n1. Atur suhu aluminium cair di tungku berdiri menjadi 750\u2103\u00b110\u2103 (batas atas berlaku pada musim dingin, sedangkan batas bawah berlaku pada musim panas).<br \/>\n2. Periksa apakah sistem rel sudah terpasang dengan kokoh, dan letakkan semua jenis alat pelat vertikal pada tempatnya masing-masing.<br \/>\n3. Sesuaikan batas penyemprotan grafit sesuai dengan lebar papan, lalu pasang termokopel pada kotak depan.<br \/>\n4. Nyalakan rangkaian mesin untuk memeriksa apakah sistem pada setiap bagian peralatan berfungsi normal (air pendingin).<\/p>\n<p>Penyesuaian posisi rongga pada ujung saluran pengisian cetakan<br \/>\n1. Angkat rakitan nosel pengecoran yang telah dipanaskan ke pabrik pengecoran dan penggilingan, lalu sesuaikan posisinya di atas platform nosel pengecoran.<br \/>\n2. Sesuaikan posisi horizontal nosel ke nilai yang sesuai<br \/>\n3.
