Jaring tersebut harus memiliki elastisitas yang cukup, lubang-lubangnya harus seragam, dan harus mampu kembali sepenuhnya ke bentuk semula setelah diisi dengan bubur porselen. Jaring kawat yang membentuk lubang-lubang pada plastik berbusa dibagi menjadi dua jenis: tebal dan tipis. Jaring kawat dengan lubang besar lebih tebal dan dapat menampung lebih banyak pasta porselen. Jaring kawat dengan lubang kecil lebih halus dan menampung lebih sedikit pasta porselen. Saat blanko filter busa keramik diuleni secara manual atau mekanis, pasta porselen dapat terikat dengan kuat pada jaring kawat plastik busa.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-3395\" src=\"https:\/\/aluminiumceramicfiber.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/05\/Ceramic-Foam-Filter-Production-Process-1.jpg\" alt=\"Proses Produksi Filter Busa Keramik\" width=\"600\" height=\"500\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.aluminiumceramicfiber.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/05\/Ceramic-Foam-Filter-Production-Process-1.jpg 600w, https:\/\/www.aluminiumceramicfiber.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/05\/Ceramic-Foam-Filter-Production-Process-1-300x250.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 600px) 100vw, 600px\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>Proses Produksi Filter Busa Keramik<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Proses produksi filter busa keramik adalah sebagai berikut:<\/p>\n<p>Potong balok busa plastik \u2192 campurkan dengan adonan porselen \u2192 isi celah \u2192 peras sisa adonan porselen segera setelah mengering atau setelah dikeringkan di udara \u2192 bakar plastiknya \u2192 lakukan proses sintering dan pembakaran untuk memeriksa hasil akhir produk \u2192 pengemasan.<\/p>\n<p>Saat mengisi celah, perlu diperhatikan bahwa jika adonan porselen terlalu kental, adonan tersebut akan sulit dituangkan ke dalam busa plastik. Sebaliknya, jika terlalu encer, adonan akan mudah mengendap di atas plastik sehingga membentuk campuran yang tidak rata.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Proses Sintering<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Secara garis besar, hal ini dapat dibagi menjadi dua tahap:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Masa penguapan. Air bebas dalam adonan porselen dan air di permukaan bahan pada dasarnya telah dihilangkan selama proses pengeringan. Masa penguapan mengacu pada penghilangan air kristalin dari plastik busa dan bahan-bahan lainnya. Laju pemanasan selama periode ini tidak boleh terlalu cepat, karena air kristalin menguap ke luar dengan menempel erat pada bagian dalam lapisan tubuh keramik yang tipis. Dan seiring perubahan keadaan bahan, jika laju pemanasan terlalu cepat, lapisan porselen akan hancur. Selain itu, kepadatan yang lebih rendah akan mengurangi kekuatan filter busa keramik, atau bahkan menjadikannya produk limbah.<\/li>\n<li>Tahap vitrifikasi menjadi porselen. Pada suhu 500\u2013900 \u2103, sejumlah besar air kristalisasi menguap dari bahan, dan titik leleh rendah dari bahan serta komponen AIO akan saling melarutkan dan berdifusi. Reaksi idealnya adalah terbentuknya silikat aluminium alumina halus di antara partikel-partikel setiap komposisi. Partikel-partikel tersebut saling terikat, dan ikatan dengan titik leleh rendah yang dihasilkan disebut badan kaca. Namun, jumlah badan kaca tidak boleh terlalu banyak, karena hal ini akan mengurangi ketahanan panas filter busa keramik dan mempercepat proses pelunakan. Jika terlalu sedikit, hal ini akan mengurangi kekuatan filter busa keramik.
