Artikel ini akan menjelaskannya satu per satu.<\/p>\n<p>Percobaan filtrasi Bach dilakukan dengan menggunakan bahan baku cair sebanyak -5000 g, yaitu 90 wt % paduan aluminium A356 yang didoping dengan 10 wt % komposit A356, yang mengandung 15 wt % partikel SiC dengan ukuran partikel berkisar antara 13 hingga 23 um. Logam cair dipanaskan hingga 750 C dalam tungku induksi frekuensi tinggi, yaitu satu proses peleburan terpisah untuk setiap percobaan filtrasi batch. Perangkat filtrasi eksperimental diberi energi pada 50 Hz, dan logam cair dituangkan ke dalam alat hingga ketinggian logam -100 di atas filter tercapai. Percobaan dilakukan untuk setiap tingkat filter pada durasi 3 dan 10 menit. Percobaan referensi gravitasi juga dilakukan untuk setiap tingkat filter. Percobaan khusus untuk menyelidiki ketinggian priming gravitasi yang diperlukan pada tingkat filter yang berbeda <a href=\"https:\/\/www.aluminiumceramicfiber.com\/id\/ceramic-foam-filters-for-cast-aluminum\/\">filter keramik berbusa<\/a> Studi eksperimental juga telah dilakukan. Untuk evaluasi metalografis terhadap hasil yang diperoleh, 12 sampel diambil dari setiap elemen filter. Mikroskop Elektron Pemindai (SEM) digunakan untuk menganalisis sampel tersebut dengan menggunakan mode Back Scattered Electron (BSE). Kepadatan medan magnet diperkirakan menggunakan FEM dengan mengintegrasikan dari bagian bawah hingga bagian atas kumparan paling dalam sepanjang permukaan benda kerja, dan gaya Lorentz rata-rata sepanjang permukaan filter diintegrasikan dari bagian bawah hingga bagian atas filter. Perlu disebutkan bahwa akibat pengaruh gaya Lorentz, kecepatan aliran di dalam filter diperkirakan satu orde besar lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan kondisi pengecoran industri pada umumnya (seperti yang ditunjukkan pada Gambar 1). Data eksperimental tipikal dan hasil model FEM dirangkum dalam Tabel 1.
