{"id":8868,"date":"2022-08-31T08:26:34","date_gmt":"2022-08-31T08:26:34","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.aluminiumceramicfiber.com\/?p=8868"},"modified":"2025-12-11T08:38:34","modified_gmt":"2025-12-11T08:38:34","slug":"aluminum-deep-processing-ceramic-foam","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.aluminiumceramicfiber.com\/id\/aluminum-deep-processing-ceramic-foam\/","title":{"rendered":"Busa keramik hasil pengolahan lanjutan aluminium"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Tampilan pencapaian dari <a href=\"https:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/porous-ceramic-filter-product\/\">pengolahan lanjutan aluminium busa keramik<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Filter keramik berbusa yang dikembangkan oleh Dongfeng Motor Company terdiri dari tiga bahan, yaitu bauksit (Al\u2082O\u2083 50wt%, SiO\u2082 35wt%), A\u2082O\u2083 berkualitas (80wt%Al\u2082O\u2083, 20wt%SiO\u2082), dan SiC (45wt%siC45wt%Al\u2082O\u2083). Praktik penerapan filter keramik busa SiC oleh perusahaan pada lini produksi besi ulet menunjukkan bahwa kekuatan tarik dan perpanjangan besi ulet meningkat masing-masing sebesar 15,3% dan 12,5% \u200b\u200bdibandingkan dengan yang tidak melalui proses penyaringan, serta tingkat dispersi berkurang, dan tingkat hasil proses pengecoran dibandingkan dengan filter keramik sarang lebah berlubang lurus, meningkat sebesar 2,8%, tingkat penolakan pengecoran berkurang sekitar 50%, dan masa pakai alat lebih dari dua kali lipat selama pemesinan, sehingga manfaat ekonomi dan teknis yang baik telah tercapai.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/porous-ceramic-filter-product\/\">Busa keramik hasil pengolahan lanjutan aluminium<\/a><\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_8869\" style=\"width: 310px\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-8869\" class=\"wp-image-8869 size-medium\" src=\"https:\/\/aluminiumceramicfiber.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/115-300x300.jpg\" alt=\"Busa keramik hasil pengolahan lanjutan aluminium\" width=\"300\" height=\"300\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.aluminiumceramicfiber.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/115-300x300.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.aluminiumceramicfiber.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/115-150x150.jpg 150w, https:\/\/www.aluminiumceramicfiber.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/115-120x120.jpg 120w, https:\/\/www.aluminiumceramicfiber.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/115.jpg 600w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><p id=\"caption-attachment-8869\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Busa keramik hasil pengolahan lanjutan aluminium<\/p><\/div>\n<p>Institut Aeronautika dan Teknologi Nanchang telah memfokuskan penelitiannya pada magnesium oksida murni <a href=\"https:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/porous-ceramic-filter-product\/\">filter keramik berpori<\/a>untuk penyaringan paduan magnesium. Karena entalpi bebas standar pembentukan magnesium oksida sangat rendah, magnesium cair pada suhu tinggi sangat mudah membentuk MgO dengan beberapa oksida yang memiliki entalpi bebas standar pembentukan lebih tinggi, seperti SiO2 dan Al2O3, yang akan membuat filter dengan Al2O3 dan SiO2 sebagai bahan dasar keramik. Kerangka keramik MgO dengan cepat terkikis dan menghilang, dan produk reaksi seperti MgO masuk ke dalam larutan magnesium dan sangat mencemari larutan tersebut. Dengan mempertimbangkan karakteristik paduan magnesium, sekolah ini berhasil mengembangkan filter keramik busa magnesium oksida murni yang disinter pada fase padat bersuhu tinggi. Kerangka keramik filter ini sendiri tidak padat, dan porositas kelihatan sebesar 5~10 vol%. Kerangka keramik yang kasar dan berpori secara mikroskopis ini tidak hanya mudah menyerap inklusi halus, tetapi juga dapat menyerap inklusi fluks dalam bentuk tetesan di dalam larutan magnesium (MgO dan fluks sepenuhnya terbasahi). Setelah menggunakan filter keramik busa MgO murni untuk memurnikan cairan paduan magnesium ZM-5, tidak terdapat inklusi pada hasil cor, kekuatan tarik dapat ditingkatkan sebesar 25,2%, dan perpanjangan dapat ditingkatkan sebesar 82%. Paduan magnesium dalam sistem saluran tuang dapat dipulihkan sepenuhnya. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/porous-ceramic-filter-product\/\">pengolahan lanjutan aluminium busa keramik<\/a> dapat muncul ke permukaan dan terpisahkan saat paduan tersebut dilebur ulang. Institut Teknologi Penerbangan Nanchang juga menggunakan silikon karbida sebagai bahan dasar keramik dan sejumlah kecil borida sebagai bahan pembantu sintering untuk menyinter filter keramik berbusa untuk besi cor pada suhu sintering yang lebih rendah. Kekuatannya tinggi, biayanya rendah, dan dapat menahan benturan besi cair bersuhu tinggi selama lebih dari 3 menit.
