Dapat dilihat dari Gambar 9 bahwa jumlah lubang jarum pada penampang melintang sampel lubang jarum sebelum proses pemurnian cukup banyak. Setelah tipe A,<a href=\"https:\/\/www.aluminiumceramicfiber.com\/id\/portfolio\/non-sodium-granulated-flux\/\"> fluks pengecoran aluminium<\/a> setelah dimurnikan, kandungan hidrogennya sebesar 0,139 ml\/Al, laju penghilangan hidrogen sebesar 6805%, kadar terak gas sebesar 0,144 vol%, laju pengurangan terak gas sebesar 89,22%, dan kadar oksigen sebesar 8 ppm (setara dengan oksidasi aluminium sebesar 5 pm). Setelah pemurnian tipe B dan tipe SCUT-l, kandungan hidrogen masing-masing sebesar 0,095 ml\/l00Al dan 0,09 ml\/l00Al, laju penghilangan hidrogen sebesar 78,161 TP3T, 79,311 TP3T, dan kandungan terak gas masing-masing sebesar 0,036 vol% dan 0,031 vol%; laju pengurangan terak gas masing-masing sebesar 97,311 TP3T, 97,68%, dan kandungan oksigen masing-masing sebesar 5 ppm dan 3 ppm (masing-masing 10 ppm dan 6 ppm jika dikonversi ke alumina). Dibandingkan dengan fluks tipe A, fluks tipe B dan tipe ScUT-l memiliki efek pemurnian yang lebih baik. Selain itu, dapat dilihat dari Gambar b) bahwa terdapat transformasi fasa silikon yang relatif cukup dalam paduan. Dengan menganalisis kandungan natrium dalam paduan setelah perlakuan dengan fluks yang berbeda (lihat Tabel 3), dapat dilihat bahwa dibandingkan dengan paduan sebelum pemurnian, kandungan natrium dalam paduan tipe A setelah perlakuan fluks meningkat secara signifikan, dari 0,\u221e002lwt% menjadi 0,00l66wt%, yang melebihi konsentrasi minimum kandungan natrium untuk fase silikon yang dimodifikasi sepenuhnya \u2013 kandungan natrium dalam paduan setelah perlakuan fluks sebesar 0,00lwt. Dibandingkan dengan sebelum perlakuan, kandungan natrium dalam paduan tetap tidak berubah sebelum dan sesudah perlakuan dengan fluks SCUT-\u2160.<\/p>\n<p>Selain efek pemurnian, efek pembersihan terak dari<a href=\"https:\/\/www.aluminiumceramicfiber.com\/id\/portfolio\/non-sodium-granulated-flux\/\"> fluks pengecoran aluminium<\/a> juga sangat penting. Ketiga fluks tersebut menghasilkan terak berbentuk bubuk setelah proses pemurnian. Urutan ukuran partikel terak aluminium yang sesuai dengan fluks tipe A, B, dan SCUT-1 dari yang terbesar hingga terkecil adalah B &gt; SCUT-1 &gt; A, dan terak aluminium tersebut mengandung aluminium. Jumlah terak aluminium masing-masing adalah 54wt%, 9,5wt%, dan 8,2wt%, namun jumlah terak aluminium yang dihasilkan oleh fluks tipe A adalah yang terbesar. : Di sisi lain, jumlah tambahan fluks tipe A relatif paling besar.
