Yang pertama adalah gelembung besar tersebut menembus cairan aluminium di antara nosel dan celah rol, lalu menguap.<\/p>\n<p>Tegangan membran meluap dari celah rol nosel, sehingga menyebabkan ledakan. Pengaruh kandungan gas dalam aluminium cair;<br \/>\nSelama proses stand-up, karena hasil pembakaran gas cair mengandung uap air dalam jumlah besar, pada saat yang sama gas cair tersebut dikompresi di udara<br \/>\nPembakaran yang dipicu oleh aliran udara terkompresi secara terus-menerus mengikis lapisan aluminium oksida pada permukaan saluran, sehingga mempercepat penguapan kelembapan dan aluminium yang terdapat di udara<br \/>\nKecepatan reaksi cairan tersebut menyebabkan kandungan hidrogen dalam cairan aluminium meningkat secara signifikan; ketika ion hidrogen dalam cairan aluminium berada di rongga bagian dalam nosel, di satu sisi, hidrogen<br \/>\nDi sisi lain, ion-ion tersebut membentuk gas hidrogen; selama proses kondensasi di area pengecoran dan penggulungan, seiring turunnya suhu, ion-ion hidrogen yang terkandung dalam cairan aluminium<br \/>\nPresipitasi menghasilkan gas hidrogen, yang menyebabkan terbentuknya banyak gelembung kecil di area pengecoran dan penggulungan, dan akhirnya meledak.<br \/>\nLangkah-langkah untuk mencegah ledakan nosel<\/p>\n<p>1.
