Media ini memiliki stabilitas kimia yang baik, kekuatan spesifik yang tinggi, ketahanan terhadap suhu tinggi, ketahanan terhadap guncangan termal, serta luas permukaan spesifik yang besar. Bahan ini banyak digunakan dalam proses filtrasi dan pemurnian cairan logam bersuhu tinggi di industri metalurgi. Mekanisme filtrasi dan pemurniannya terutama tercermin dalam beberapa aspek:<br \/>\n1. Mekanisme penyaringan: Permukaan dari <a href=\"https:\/\/www.c-adtech.com\/product\/ceramic-foam-filter\/\">filter keramik berpori<\/a> setara dengan satu lapisan saringan. Apabila ukuran partikel kotoran padat dalam cairan yang dipanaskan pada suhu tinggi lebih besar daripada lubang pada permukaan saringan keramik berpori, partikel-partikel kotoran tersebut akan tersangkut di permukaan saringan keramik berpori sehingga tercapai proses penyaringan partikel kotoran berukuran besar; efek pemurnian;<\/p>\n<p>2. Penyaringan sedimen: Ketika partikel-partikel yang lebih besar semakin menumpuk, terbentuklah lapisan sedimen yang longgar, dan air lelehan masih dapat menembus lapisan tersebut seiring bertambahnya ketebalan lapisan sedimen, serta ukuran partikelnya menjadi semakin kecil;<\/p>\n<p>3. Filtrasi lapisan dalam: Ketika lelehan mengalir melalui <a href=\"https:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/porous-ceramic-filter-product\/\">filter keramik berpori,<\/a> Partikel padat di dalamnya bersentuhan dengan permukaan yang membentuk bagian keramik dari pelat filter, sehingga partikel-partikel tersebut menempel pada permukaan yang bersentuhan dengan cairan lelehan. Karena jalur aliran lelehan yang berliku-liku, bahkan terdapat fenomena aliran balik silang di area lokal yang kecil, yang secara signifikan meningkatkan peluang partikel bersentuhan dengan media filter, sehingga memudahkan penangkapan partikel pengotor. Apakah partikel-partikel tersebut dapat dihilangkan tidak hanya bergantung pada probabilitas tumbukan, tetapi juga pada kapasitas adsorpsi partikel pada permukaan filter busa keramik yang bersentuhan dengan lelehan.
