{"id":907,"date":"2020-05-22T10:34:44","date_gmt":"2020-05-22T10:34:44","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/aluminiumceramicfiber.com\/?p=907"},"modified":"2020-10-27T06:56:53","modified_gmt":"2020-10-27T06:56:53","slug":"degasser-works","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.aluminiumceramicfiber.com\/id\/degasser-works\/","title":{"rendered":"Pekerjaan Penghilang Gas"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Degasser berfungsi dalam proses penghilangan gas; unit penghilang gas aluminium memecah gas inert (argon atau nitrogen) yang ditiupkan ke dalam cairan aluminium menjadi sejumlah besar gelembung-gelembung yang tersebar melalui rotor grafit yang berputar, lalu menyebarkannya ke dalam cairan aluminium.<\/p>\n<p>Gelembung dalam cairan aluminium bergantung pada perbedaan tekanan parsial gas dan prinsip adsorpsi permukaan; gelembung tersebut menyerap hidrogen dalam cairan aluminium, menyerap terak yang teroksidasi, dan terangkat dari permukaan cairan aluminium saat gelembung naik, sehingga cairan aluminium dapat dimurnikan.<\/p>\n<p>Karena gelembung-gelembung tersebut tersebar dengan sangat halus, gelembung-gelembung tersebut tercampur secara merata dengan logam cair yang berputar, lalu perlahan-lahan naik ke atas secara spiral; aliran udara yang biasanya terbentuk akibat kenaikan lurus yang terus-menerus tidak terjadi saat bersentuhan dengan cairan aluminium, sehingga secara signifikan meningkatkan efektivitas pemurnian.<\/p>\n<p>Nitrogen dapat digunakan sebagai gas untuk proses degassing dan penghilangan terak dari aluminium cair.
