Rumus proses produksi serta standar prosesnya dirangkum sebagai berikut:<br \/>\n1. Rumus:<br \/>\n1. Formula produk pemadatan selongsong dan pelat adaptor<br \/>\nBahan A beratnya 34 kg, bahan B beratnya 20 kg, bahan C beratnya 15 kg, bahan D beratnya 6 kg, dan bahan E beratnya 34 kg.<br \/>\n2. Pelat distributor, saluran pelat cetakan, pelat adaptor, serta produk cetakan getaran dengan penutup termal berbentuk topi<br \/>\nBahan A beratnya 34 kg, bahan B beratnya 20 kg, bahan C beratnya 15 kg, bahan D beratnya 6 kg, bahan E beratnya 31 kg, dan bahan F beratnya 5 kg.<\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_26327\" style=\"width: 451px\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-26327\" class=\"wp-image-26327\" src=\"http:\/\/alalloycasting.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/06\/270660c3049654c57f983dcc39aa85a-scaled.jpg\" alt=\"Pelat pemisah\" width=\"441\" height=\"331\" \/><p id=\"caption-attachment-26327\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Pelat pemisah<\/p><\/div>\n<p>2. Standar proses:<br \/>\n(1) Pencetakan:<br \/>\n1. Pekerjaan persiapan (mengurus asuransi ketenagakerjaan, uji coba berbagai peralatan, pemilihan bahan, pemeriksaan bahan baku, serta pengecekan dan pengukuran alat serta cetakan).<br \/>\n2. Timbang berbagai bahan baku sesuai proporsi formula, lalu tuangkan ke dalam wadah mesin pengaduk selama 20 menit. Buka penutup mesin pengaduk dan periksa kadar air kering bahan baku sintetis. Jika kadar air keringnya tidak sesuai, tambahkan kembali silica sol atau bubuk kering, lalu aduk kembali hingga kadar air keringnya sesuai sebelum digunakan (kadar air kering didasarkan pada standar pengadukan hingga membentuk bola dengan tangan dan tidak hancur).<br \/>\n3. Tuangkan adonan dari kotak pengaduk ke dalam bak bahan, lalu pindahkan ke meja getar untuk persiapan proses pencetakan getar.<br \/>\n4. Setelah menyesuaikan alat pengamplasan agar sesuai dengan setiap ukuran pada gambar, oleskan minyak pelepas cetakan, lalu letakkan di atas meja getar.<br \/>\n5. Tuangkan dua pertiga bahan baku yang telah disiapkan ke dalam cetakan, lalu mulailah menggetarkannya di atas meja getar selama 2 menit. Tambahkan kembali bahan baku hingga cetakan terisi penuh dan adonan yang berlebih terbuang melalui getaran. Matikan sakelar meja getar agar tinggi produk sama dengan tinggi cetakan.<br \/>\n6. Siapkan papan kayu dan koran untuk melapisi lantai, lalu letakkan produk dan bahan penggosok dengan posisi terbalik di atas papan kayu dan koran yang telah disiapkan.<br \/>\n7. Longgarkan sekrup pengikat bahan abrasif, lalu lepaskan cetakan luar secara perlahan, kemudian lepaskan membran dalam secara perlahan.<br \/>\n8. Setelah billet basah diletakkan di tempat yang sesuai untuk didinginkan selama sekitar 3\u20135 jam (ketika produk sudah setengah kering tetapi belum kering sepenuhnya), perbaiki semua dimensinya dan luruskan bagian yang tidak lurus.<br \/>\n9. Setelah didiamkan selama 3 hari, balikkan produk tersebut agar permukaan bagian bawahnya mengering. Setelah 6\u20137 hari, tunggu hingga produk benar-benar kering, padatkan dengan kuat, dan siapkan untuk dipindahkan ke tahap berikutnya.<br \/>\n10. Letakkan produk yang sudah sepenuhnya mengeras ke dalam nampan pengangkut, isi kartu pengangkutan, lalu kirimkan ke area pembentukan.<br \/>\n(2) Pembentukan:<br \/>\n1. Buka peralatan pembentuk untuk memeriksa apakah kondisinya normal serta apakah alat ukur dan kerataan mejanya sudah sesuai.<br \/>\n2. Periksa gambar-gambar tersebut, pahami setiap dimensi pada gambar, dan sesuaikan satu per satu dengan produknya.<br \/>\n3. Temukan permukaan datar pada produk dan tentukan tinggi produk untuk proses pemotongan. Mesin gerinda digunakan untuk menghaluskan keenam sisinya, dan ukuran sesuai gambar pun selesai. Isi kolom yang sesuai pada kartu pendamping, lalu kirimkan ke proses perbaikan.<br \/>\n(3) Cat perbaikan:<br \/>\n1. Petugas perbaikan siap memeriksa apakah ukuran produk dan jumlah unitnya sesuai dengan gambar sebelum melakukan perbaikan.<br \/>\n2. Untuk mempersiapkan perbaikan pertama, pertama-tama keluarkan ketiga bahan baku sesuai proporsinya, tambahkan lem, lalu aduk hingga menjadi pasta untuk dioleskan ke permukaan produk.<br \/>\n3. Setelah dilapisi, letakkan pada rangka besi untuk dipersiapkan guna proses sintering di dalam tungku, lalu pindahkan ke area tungku untuk diserahkan kepada petugas tungku agar disinter pada suhu yang telah ditentukan, yaitu 500 derajat.<br \/>\n4. Setelah dikeluarkan dari tungku, karet busa dipindahkan ke area tungku untuk proses sintering kedua, lalu dipanggang pada suhu 480\u2013500 derajat.<br \/>\n5. Pindahkan ke area perbaikan untuk mempersiapkan perbaikan kedua.<br \/>\n6. Setelah perbaikan selesai, lakukan pemeriksaan mandiri, lalu laporkan untuk diperiksa;<br \/>\n7. Setelah lulus pemeriksaan dan pengujian, barang tersebut dikemas dan disimpan.<br \/>\nCatatan: Proses ini saat ini masih belum matang dan tidak stabil, serta tingkat penyusutan produknya belum stabil, dengan kisaran penyusutan antara 1% dan 3%.
