Adsorpsiyonla ar\u0131tma, yaln\u0131zca adsorban\u0131n ula\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131 eriyik k\u0131sm\u0131 \u00fczerinde etkilidir. Eriyi\u011fin ar\u0131t\u0131lma derecesi, temas ko\u015fullar\u0131na, yani eriyik ile adsorban aras\u0131ndaki temas alan\u0131na, temas s\u00fcresine ve temas y\u00fczeyinin durumuna ba\u011fl\u0131d\u0131r. Adsorpsiyonla ar\u0131tma y\u00f6ntemleri aras\u0131nda \u015funlar yer al\u0131r: hava \u00fcflemeyle ar\u0131tma, klor\u00fcr tuzu ile ar\u0131tma,<a href=\"https:\/\/www.aluminiumceramicfiber.com\/tr\/flux-refining\/\"> ak\u0131 ar\u0131tma<\/a>, erime filtrasyonu vb.<\/p>\n<p>Adsorpsiyonla ar\u0131tman\u0131n ar\u0131tma mekanizmas\u0131, esas olarak gaz\u0131n k\u0131smi bas\u0131n\u00e7 yasas\u0131n\u0131 kullanarak gaz\u0131 gidermeyi ve hidrojenle olu\u015fan bile\u015fi\u011fi kullanarak gaz\u0131 gidermeyi i\u00e7erir; c\u00fcruf giderimi a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan ise esas olarak adsorpsiyonla c\u00fcruf giderimi, \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcnme yoluyla c\u00fcruf giderimi, bile\u015fik yoluyla c\u00fcruf giderimi ve filtrasyon yoluyla c\u00fcruf giderimini kapsar. Aktif ar\u0131tma maddesi kullan\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131nda, bu madde ayn\u0131 zamanda eriyik i\u00e7indeki sodyum, kalsiyum, magnezyum, lityum ve di\u011fer metal safs\u0131zl\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 (al\u00fcminyumdan daha aktif olan metal safs\u0131zl\u0131klar\u0131) giderme i\u015flevine de sahiptir. Adsorpsiyonla ar\u0131tma, \u015fu anda al\u00fcminyum end\u00fcstrisinde en yayg\u0131n olarak kullan\u0131lan ar\u0131tma y\u00f6ntemidir.<\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Non-adsorption_Refining\"><\/span>Adsorpsiyonsuz Ar\u0131tma<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Adsorpsiyonsuz ar\u0131tma, al\u00fcminyum eriyikinden gaz ve kat\u0131 metalik olmayan kal\u0131nt\u0131lar\u0131n uzakla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 amac\u0131yla, eriyik i\u00e7ine adsorban ilavesine ba\u015fvurmadan metal-gaz sisteminin veya metal-kal\u0131nt\u0131 sisteminin denge durumunu de\u011fi\u015ftirmeyi ifade eder. Bir ay\u0131rma y\u00f6ntemidir.
