Launder System uses
The movable metal runner system produced is used between the on-line degassing filter equipment and the casting and rolling mill. It has dual functions: conveying and heat preservation, with a repetitive or multiple-used lining, and adopts a new high-silicon molten material molding technology, which has a certain degree of corrosion resistance. Launder System instructions

2. Lakukan pemanasan awal secara merata pada saluran cor standar yang dapat dipindahkan yang telah dipasang; lakukan pemanasan dengan kecepatan konstan selama 1–2 jam; pastikan permukaan lapisan pelapis berwarna merah, yaitu pada suhu 800℃, untuk menghilangkan air kristal yang teradsorpsi, sehingga mendekati suhu pengecoran, dan gunakan dengan aman serta efisien.
3. Bak yang dapat dipindahkan ini tidak dilengkapi dengan pemanas listrik maupun fasilitas pemanggangan, sehingga harus dipanggang menggunakan api. Salah satu kuncinya adalah mengontrol suhu api, sedangkan yang lainnya adalah menghindari paparan langsung api, serta mencegah tegangan termal akibat pemanasan lokal yang dapat menyebabkan lapisan dalam pecah. Api dibagi menjadi api lemah (api merah lembut), api sedang (kuning), dan api kuat (biru dan putih).
