Aluminium Drossing Fluxes

AdTech Aluminium Drossing Fluxes is white powdery fine particles, the main components are chloride salt and fluoride salt, and other compounds. After proper heating treatment and sieving, the particle size is uniform. It can be carried out with gas in a refining tank. It can also be sprayed directly into the surface of the molten metal by hand, and stir evenly to enter the impurity separation effect. It is environmentally friendly and economical, and can meet the production of high value-added, high-tech performance aluminum alloy precision castings such as aviation and transportation. We have two specifications of 622DF and 633DF.

AdTech Aluminium Drossing Fluxes can reduce smoke, reduce its burning loss, the effect is significant, and it greatly reduces the molten aluminum loss during slagging.

In the era of continuous innovation in casting technology, new casting equipment and casting processes are constantly being used. At the same time, the requirements for smelting efficiency, pouring time, etc., which affect casting grades, elongation and other indicators, have also been continuously adjusted, and technological progress has also put forward new requirements for traditional casting materials.

Aluminium Drossing Fluxes

Flux purification uses the fluxes added to the molten aluminum to form a large number of fine droplets, so that the oxides in the molten aluminum are wetted, absorbed and dissolved by these droplets, forming new droplets that rise to the surface, and the scum formed after cooling is removed.

The flux for aluminum melting is composed of salt with low melting point, low density, low surface tension, high activity, and strong adsorption capacity for oxidation slag. When using, put a small piece of flux into the iron cage first, then insert it into the bottom of the mixing furnace and stir it back and forth. After the flux is finished, take out the iron cage and let it stand for 5-10 minutes. The surface dross can be removed for casting.
