The processing box includes two inner cavities: a clean room and a heating and holding room. The middle is separated by a partition made of SC material. The bottom of the two chambers is connected. The heat preservation room is kept for heat preservation, and the heat preservation room is heated by immersing the silicon carbide protective tube into the aluminum alloy liquid. The outer casing of the box is made of 10mm steel plate, and the inner lining is made of refractory material. There are slag cleaning doors on the lower part of the two side walls of the box. The slag cleaning in the cavity can be completed without starting the box cover, which prolongs the service life of the inner cavity of the box, and its heat preservation performance is also improved. The heat loss is small. The thermal compensation can fully meet the temperature requirements of the production process. The box has good sealing properties, which can prevent air from entering the box and avoid secondary pollution of the aluminum alloy liquid. Equipped with a hydraulic tilting device, it can be completely discharged after the casting work is completed or when the alloy is replaced, and the box can be completely emptied. The heater does not need to be energized for a long time to keep warm, and the power consumption can be relatively reduced.
