Recently, the AB foam insulation self-flowing material developed by our company has been improved according to the different needs of many customers, and industrial verification has been carried out on the cast rod plate.
The material has low density, low thermal conductivity, and a good heat preservation effect. At the same time, the material has a non-stick aluminum anti-seepage effect, and its strength meets the construction requirements of the type plate chute and diverter plate. The construction is simple and fast. It is also of great significance to ensure the safety of the mold plate by aluminizing the molten aluminum.
As the thermal insulation material for the backing of the distribution plate, it adopts the pouring construction method, which can quickly foam and expand into a porous foam structure, and the hardening speed is fast (within one hour at room temperature). After construction, the plate can be put into baking immediately without maintenance—aluminum production.
Main indicators: density 0.3~0.5g/cm3, thermal conductivity 0.3W.(mK)-1, long-term use temperature 800℃.

2. The fluidity of the material is good, and the construction time can be completed in 20 minutes after the working lining is positioned.
3. The thermal insulation material has a stable volume and has the function of clamping and fixing to protect the inner lining and prolong the service life of the inner lining.
