The online aluminum melt degassing device is an environmentally friendly automated molten metal treatment system, which performs environmentally friendly degassing and slag removal of aluminum alloy.
The degassing unit uses the impeller principle and a rotor that generates small inert gas bubbles and mixes them with the molten metal. These tiny bubbles are evenly distributed in the molten metal without disrupting the balance of the surface, which maximizes the contact area between the gas and the molten metal.
The high efficiency of the degassing device brings a higher level of degassing and slag removal effects, and can shorten the processing time.
Aluminum Melt Degassing Device Process
The molten aluminum flows into the degassing cabinet body and stays in the refractory lining. The cabinet has a heater to keep the molten aluminum in a molten state. After the inert gas is ejected by the rotating rotor, it is broken into countless small bubbles by the high-speed rotating rotor. The small bubbles diffuse and rise in the molten aluminum to remove hydrogen.
During the ascending process of the small bubbles, due to the effect of surface tension, some inclusions are brought out from the molten aluminum to the liquid surface, forming scum to remove the inclusions in the molten aluminum. At the same time, the stirring effect of the rotor makes the alloy composition in the molten aluminum more uniform.
AdTech aluminum melt online degassing device adopts advanced high silicon melting technology to get a long service time, degassing rotor, heater protection thimble and thermocouple protection thimble adopt ceramic manufacturing technology which can meet producing high-precision aluminum requirements. Degassing Box Standard includes 1 room 1 rotor, 2 rooms 2 rotors, 3 rooms 3 rotors.
The degassing system has high degassing efficiency and adopts a compact furnace design. The rotating nozzle is used in the degassing box to degas, and convection is formed in the box, so that small bubbles can be filled and diffused in the molten aluminum. The contact surface between bubbles and molten aluminum is enlarged. At the same time, a sealed design is adopted to prevent secondary pollution caused by the entry of outside air, and improve the degassing efficiency of the equipment.
