The fiber blanket does not contain any organic binder to ensure that the ceramic fiber blanket has good manufacturability and stability under high and low-temperature conditions.

With the process of spinning long fiber and double-sided needling process, the production of tough, high resilience and strong gluten fiber blanket is not affected by most chemicals (except hydrofluoric acid, phosphoric acid and strong alkali), low bulk density and low heat capacity greatly shorten the heating and cooling time of the furnace, superior stability, good pulverization resistance, excellent heat insulation and sound absorption effect, low heat storage and thermal shock resistance. It greatly improves the twist weaving degree, anti delamination performance, tensile strength and surface smoothness of the fiber. It is white in color and regular in size. It integrates fire resistance, heat insulation and heat preservation. It does not contain any binding agent. Good tensile strength, toughness and fiber structure can be maintained in medium oxidation atmosphere for a long time. The temperature resistance is 950-1400 ℃.
