Before the filter box is used, the refractory lining should be baked to above 650℃ to remove all moisture and crystal water. The bottom surface of the filter box should have a certain slope, so as to dry the metal and easy to clean. Keeping the filter basin clean is very important to obtain efficient filtration.

It has two functions: the sealing lining fills the gap between the filter plate and the filter box, and prevents metal from flowing through the gap. Fix the filter plate in the filter box to prevent the filter plate from floating during the filtering process.
