Mozal aluminum alloy ceramic foam filtration is mainly used in the purification process of aluminum and aluminum alloy production.

The ceramic filter plate is surrounded by a sealed ceramic fiber gasket, which helps to seal the filter plate in the filter box to ensure that the aluminum liquid does not leak from the side.

The workshop shall use mozal aluminum alloy ceramic foam filter filtration.

1. Clean the filter box.

2. Gently put the filter plate into the filter box, and then press the gasket on the filter plate by hand to prevent the aluminum liquid from flowing.

3. Preheat the filter box and filter plate evenly to make them close to the temperature of aluminum. Preheat to remove moisture and facilitate initial transient filtration.

Electric heating or gas heating can be used for preheating. Usually, it takes about 15-30 minutes.

4. Pay attention to replace the aluminum hydraulic head during casting. The normal starting pressure head is 100-150 mm. When molten aluminum begins to pass, the indenter will drop below 75-100 mm, and then increase slowly.

5. In the normal filtration process, avoid knocking and vibrating the filter plate. At the same time, the cleaning tank should be filled with molten aluminum to avoid excessive interference with molten aluminum.

6. After filtering the aluminum alloy, take out the filter plate in time to clean the filter box.

The quality of aluminum melt is very important, which will greatly affect the subsequent processing performance and the quality of the final product. Therefore, all countries in the world like the purification of aluminum melt very much.
